About the home

The apartment is situated on the lower level of the valley in Puerto Rico within walking distance of the beach, marina and town centre. A small friendly complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, and sunbeds with parasols. Many visitors come back time and time again due to the apartment's excellent central location near the busy town centre with it's many restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The apartment is one bedroom with two single beds which caters for up to four people (two adults and two children/third adult on single sofabeds). Both the lounge and bedroom have large ceiling fans. The lounge consists of two single sofabeds (easily made up), T.V. for watching D.V.D's,and video's, C.D. player, small table and chairs, which leads onto the balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking pool, resort and sea view.

There is a fully fitted kitchen consisting of fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, tea towels. Everything needed for a self-catering holiday. Fully fitted modern shower room with washing machine. Bed linen and towels included.

The Gran Canaria region

Gran Canaria, one of the Canary Islands has a warm, sunny climate all year round. A popular Christmas and New Year destination. The hottest months are July and August. Puerto Rico is a hilly area but the apartment is within a 5 minute walking distance of all amenities and beach.

The Puerto Rico Resort / Amadores area

Puerto Rico is a popular holiday destination for all age groups. Lots of wateractivities available including watersports, diving, snorkelling, parascending, jetskis canoeing and dolphin spotting boat trips. Excursions include jeep safaris, visit the nearby Aqua Park, and Palmitos Park.
Golf course approximately 20 - 30 minute drive.
Ferry boats will take you to the pretty village of Mogan or just a short ride in a taxi.
Puerto Rico beach is sandy with bars and restaurants on the seafront and by the marina.
The resort has a busy centre with lots of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Many duty free shops.

My wife and I have holidayed in Puerto Rico since 1997, and have stayed in this apartment since 2007- it has all the conveniences close by, but is situated in a quiet peacefull location with fantastic sea views , pool , and a balcony made for relaxing in the evening.
The apartment has all the comforts of home, dish washer , washine machine etc, with the added bonus of sun. We look forward to returning to it for many years to come.
