About the home
Tindaya is a group of apartments in a quiet location over looking the town of Puerto Rico and its marina. The apartment has its own patio area, south east facing with views towards the sea. The apartments all have a fitted kitchen, cooker, microwave, fridge and all the crockery, glassware and utensils that you should need. The sitting/dining room has a comfortable sofa and chairs and is fitted with satellite television. French windows lead out to your own patio area, with sun loungers and parasols. The apartments are in a secure gated community with its own heated swimming pool and with free car parking. It is within easy walking distance of the restaurants, bars and amenities and the beach at Playa de Puerto Rico is only a 10 minute walk away.

The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria is the third largest of the Canary Islands. The island is sometimes described as a little continent as the dry south contracts with the mountainous interior and greener north. Peurto Rico is a family friendly resort in the south. The average temperatures range between 18 degrees in winter and 25 degrees in the summer.
The Puerto Rico Resort area
Puerto Rico has numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and a wealth of things to do and see.
The beautiful golden beach is perfect for sunbathing as well as offering watersports.
There is a golf course within a 6 - 7 minutes drive.
There is a water theme park close by.

Fantastic apartment with great views. Local amenities within a couple of minutes walk. The main centre and beach are no mire than 20 minutes by foot. Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria is hilly so it's not for the faint hearted. Great Bus service at the bottom of the hill and a quaint friendly local pub on your doorstep. I certainly will be back for the Winter Sun as the Island and climate are superb. |
