The beach is a 5 minute walk away and a 10 minute walk will take you to the centre of the town with its many shops, bars & restaurants. The apartment has is own patio area with table, chairs and parasol for alfresco dining. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen including 4 ring hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and extractor fan. The complex has its own heated swimming pool. The apartment is in an ideal position for a family holiday with easy access to all the local amenities with a bar/restaurant and snack bar on site, supermarket within 50 yards.

Peurto Rico is a family friendly resort in the south. The average temperatures range between 18 degrees in winter and 25 degrees in the summer.
The Puerto Rico Marina area
The beautiful golden beach is perfect for sunbathing as well as offering watersports.
There is a golf course within a 6 - 7 minutes drive.
Atlantida water theme park close by.
Many excursions and activities are available via Bahia Blanca reception.

The apartment has recently had a new kitchen fitted and offers a good standard of accommodation for the price. The balcony is great for sitting in the sun and has sun loungers, a swing seat, table and chairs. The pool is a little on the cold side and the majority of guests are over 60 years. Not many families or young children in this block. There is a shop a short walk away that has freshly baked bread daily. Make use of this shop not Spar it's much cheaper and more friendly. The apartment is situated opposite the harbour area of Puerto Novo, on the first floor above an Indian restaurant. During the day and evening this doesn't cause a problem however around 6.30am each morning the staff arrive and start their day which causes noise for around an hour. The apartment is owned by the Bahia Blanca site further around the bay. We made use of their facilities which was a great bonus. The restaurant serves good food and the entertainment in the evening is worth checking out. Would we stay here again? Yes I think we would. |

Apartment was spotless and very comfortable, welcome pack was a nice touch with water, tea/coffee, milk, bread and jam, all you need for a quick cuppa after travelling. The view from the apartment... more |
