How to get there
Fly or Boat to Palma de Mallorca Always taxis at airport cost approx 27 -30 €uro depending on number of people and luggage, takes around 12- 15 mins. Also private pick up available. This resort is open all year .

If you make a holiday booking within 61 days of your departure date, then you must pay the full cost of the holiday at the booking stage. Cancellation. In the event of your cancellation the following conditions will apply: Prior to 61 days before departure – deposit forfeited. 60-42 days before departure – 30% of total holiday cost. 41-28 days before departure – 60% of total holiday cost. 27-7 days before departure - 90% of total holiday cost. A refundable good house keeping bond of £100 is required to cover loss of keys & gate remote controls, excessive cleaning and minor damages and breakages up to this value. Great views from the main window of the lightning!. We tried to leave the apartment (very nice, very spacious) as we would expect to find it. There were a lot of extra's we would like to thank you for....from toilet rolls, and dishwasher/washing machine tablets, to the blue childs floating ring, William (1 year old) made great use of that!. It was our first visit to Majorca. We liked the area, and particularly the beach with the island. Some of the craft in the marina were spectacular......how the other half live!.. The gardens and the pool were ideal. Our flight was 10.50 so we had to get away from the Del Mar by about 08.15. Incidentally we used a taxi firm called Janerbus, who had minibuses and could suppy a child seat, and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone interested in taxis from and to the airport. Local restaurants, we'd recommend The Coral, and Jose's........more economical than those at the marina. All in all great.....topped off by England winning the ashes!!!! Janet
My thanks for the kind thought of ensuring that there was milk and bread etc on our arrival. Your apartment was one of the best and comfortable we have ever stopped in and I will be singing your praises all over my office building. The holiday was wonderful and I managed to look up old friends in Cala Major and Can Pastilla. Altogether a wonderful experience so thank you again and I will be hoping to enjoy the same in 2007.

Hi Tracy / Diane I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely fab time last week at your apartment. The apartment was equipped, decorated and furnished to a very high standard and it's location was first class. The weather was glorious and the boys virtually lived in the pool for the whole week. We met some really pleasant people and really couldn't asked for more from our holiday - Thank you! Once we know when the May half term is next year I will be in touch to see if the apartment is available! Thank you again for all of your help.
