Home description

This luxury apartment is located in the desireable (and open all year) area of Puerto Portals. This (gated and private) complex is very conveniently placed for the port with direct access made via the electronic secure gates. The Port hosts a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques. The complex itself boasts an excellent communal swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens, two lifts and table tennis facilities. The apartment itself is found on the 3rd floor and enjoys fantastic views of the pool, Marina, and out towards the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms (Double bedroom, twin bedroom and bunk bedroom). Has an open plan lounge/dining area complete with wall mounted plasma TV (English TV channels), a DVD player and video recorder. Air conditioning (Hot and Cold). Dining Table which seats six. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, luxury bathroom with 'Jack/Jill' style vanity unit.

You can spend your holiday just relaxing by the beach or pool or go a few minutes up the road to the beautiful bay of Illestas where you will find a fantastic beach club by day and fabulous restaurant and night club by night.

There are a variety of things to do at night. Puerto Portals hosts a number of restaurants and bars so you can enjoy a meal then go and sit in Cappucinos and watch the world go around and end the evening in Karma night club for a dance?

The Mallorca/Majorca region

All year round nice weather. Temperature in winter months approx 18 - 24 degrees, summer sun can reach 30 plus degrees. Resort open all year. Palma hosts a variety of places interest - Palma Cathedral is a must ... and only a 10 minutes drive away!

There are two beautiful beaches (at both ends of the Port) within a few minutes walk away.

For those wishing to play GOLF, the wonderful Royal Bendinat Golf Course is a mere 5 minutes away by car

The apartment is just a 15-20 minutes drive from the airport (Meet and Greets can be arranged)

Puerto Portals / Portals area

Puerto Portals (with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants and supermarket) is situated between Palma Nova and Bendinat. Marineland (water spectacular show) is just a five minute walk away. Lovely beach club with fantastic slide and swiming pool just a few minutes beyond.

Two fantastic beaches to choose from (within a five minute walk). Water sports available.

Some lovely coastal walks with a fantastic restaurant called "Port Alto" overlooking the sea and port. Try it and see!!

This is a most popular area with the village of Portal Nous just a five minutes walk away where more restaurants, shops, bars, supermarket, banks, laundrette, doctors surgery and dentistry can be found.

How to get there

Flights available from BMI Baby, Monarch, Easyjet, Thomson Fly and lots more.

Majorca is just a two hour flight from most UK Airports.

When you arrive at Palma Airport there are an abundance of taxis waiting outside for you. Just ask them for "Apartamentos de Mar, Puerto Portals" - the journey is just a 15 minute taxi ride and should cost around 30 Euros in the day.

However, if you decide to hire a car you can do this through any of the airlines mentioned above just Click onto the car hire link when you book your flights. The hire cars are ready to be picked up from the airport once you've got your bags.
