Villa Son Mar has an indoor area of some 300 m2 and another 300m2 of South and sea-facing sun-drenched terraces with glorious views both day and night.
With its size, its views and its perfect location above the fashionable marina of Portals, which you reach with a 10 minute walk, Villa Son Mar can truly be described as "Mediterranean perfection".
On the street level top floor you will find a spacious studio, decorated and used as a private office with high speed internet access. You will also find a large sundeck with morning sun here. The second floor offers a large panoramic view living room with a fireplace, a generous and very modern kitchen, hall with guest toilet and a laundry room. A very large, fully-furnished terrace offers the perfect setting for entertaining guests. Below that on floor 3 is the residential floor. Villa Son Mar boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the residential floor. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to yet another terrace.
On floor 4 there is a further guestroom with en suite bathroom. Here, you will also find the fully equipped outdoor kitchen for that special BBQ lunch by the pool.
The residential area of Costa den Blanes with its guarded entrance road also offers security as well as privacy.

Conditions
- A damage deposit is required. Any inventory differences and/or damages will be deducted from your damage deposit before it is being transferred back to you. - Once the rental fee and the damage deposit has been paid in full, the reserved period will be taken off the market. The full amount is payable immediately upon signing the rental agreement.
