Puerto Portals and its village, Portals Nous, are the most sought after property locations on the entire island. Palma is but a 5-10 minute drive away to the East, Andraxt 20 minutes drive to the West. Golf courses are plentiful as are sandy beaches and outstanding scenery.

How to get there

Numerous airlines fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport, from which it is only a 20-minute drive by rental car or taxi to Portals Nous/Puerto Portals.

This 50 square metre, air-conditioned, apartment has been fully renovated, is very comfortable and well appointed with Sky Satellite TV (includes BBC, ITV & Sky channels - including Sky Sports), DVD player, music system, and free wireless internet access for your laptop!

The bedroom has a double bed. All linens and sheets are provided, as is an iron, an ironing board, hand towels, bath towels and even beach towels!

The good-size lounge is modern and comfortable with a 3-seater sofa, a large armchair, coffee table, breakfast bar & a dining table seating 4. Sliding glass doors open up to the double-sized terrace from which those unrivalled views can be enjoyed and on which is a table, 4 chairs, a sun-lounger and an exercise bike.

The open-plan kitchen area has a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a good supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The tiled bathroom has a shower, wash-basin and a wc. In the bathroom is also a washing machine.

Being right on the beach, the (gated) Panorama Playa enjoys an unrivalled location. There is an excellent restaurant on the ground floor, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. There is a small private car-park and additional unrestricted parking on the street.
