The second bedroom also has a good-size double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is the second bathroom, fitted with a bath-tub with shower, wc and wash-basin. All linen and towels are provided.
The air-conditioned living area has a large 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a dining table comfortably seating six, satellite-TV (200+ channels), VCR, DVD player, a stereo-system, telephone and free ADSL internet access for your laptop computer.
Sliding patio doors lead off from the lounge to a huge South-facing 50 sq m patio overlooking the sea and the marina and on which is a good-size dining table seating six. Additionally, for total relaxation, there are two very comfortable sun-loungers.
The fully equipped and newly refitted kitchen has quality appliances including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kettle, egg-boiler and a toaster. Ample pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses are provided.
