Fly to Palma de Mallorca - Illetas is just 20 min from the airport - Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk - Car hire available from www.premiercarhire.co.uk - Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town, take bus into Palma, then bus no. 3, runs every 7 to 10 minutes - There are always taxis available If you rent a car: go into Palma VIA CINTURA, take exit ANDRATX, take 2nd exit Bendinat/Illetas, cross tunnel, go straight over roundabout and follow the main street that leads you down to the beach. Our building at Paseo de Illetas 89 is right across from Virtual Club and Hotel Apartamentos Illetas! Parking in the building is available.

Further details indoors: The sea-view apartment has an open kitchen with panoramic views to the bay of Palma, an open living-dining area and a nice size balcony. There is a master bedroom with private bathroom and another room with a high bed as well as a sofa-bed. The 2nd bathroom is accessible from hallway. In the living-room there is another sofa-bed available. Enjoy your privacy and a nice sea breeze being on the top floor. Relax on the terrace observing yachts anchoring in Illetas Bay in front of you and regattas all over the Bay of Palma.
Further details outdoors: Park your car in the in-house garage and take the elevator right up. Shopping and Grocery stores are close buy. We recommend Eroski supermarket for basics and fresh food at Bendinat roundabout (2 minutes by car). There is a variety of restaurants around ranging from Mediterranean cuisine, international food, simple restaurants to fine dining on the beach in front. Porto Portals is famous for boats, exclusive shopping, restaurants and clubs: Have the typical Paella at "Flanigan s" followed by their superb warm apple cake or visit "Wellies" and "Capuccino"
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of 1000 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 50% of rental fee due four weeks before your stay to secure booking. There is a lift in the apartment building.
