Very nice holiday apartment with pool access (60 meters) and room for up to 7 people and a baby. There is also a smaller apartment available 50 metres away, please contact the me for further details.
The pool at 60 meters belongs to a restaurant and guests can use it (1 drink).

Puerto Pollensa is one of the most beautiful places on Mallorca with a nice sandy beach.
There is a sailing - and surfing school, numerous shopping possibilities and a lot of nice bars, clubs and restaurants in quiet atmosphere.
The nice sandy beach is very clean, particularly suitable for families with children and not even too crowded. Be welcome!

Puerto Pollensa is situated in the north of Mallorca, a friendly, laid-back area with beautiful scenery and sandy beaches. You can walk along the marina in the evenings enjoy the warm weather and looking at the yachts, or you can enjoy a quiet drink at one of the various cafes that line the streets.

"Great Value for Money"

The doors are working very good now(it was a small problem)- the cleaning is always good, but another cleaning service will do it from october on and that way it would be perfect. The apartment is in walking distance to the beach, at 950 meters by the shortest way. Of course, using a car it's quicker. It's a very good place, quiet and big, for holidays with children perfect.

"An Ideal base and Excellent Value for Money"
As a group of five adult males looking for a base for a few days cycling this apartment was ideal.
We found the apartment to be comfortable and clean with everything you could need for a break. The kitchen, although small, was adequate and there is a dining area overlooking the terrace that can easily accommodate six persons. Plenty of seating in the living area and english televsion, if you want it. The only minor drawback is the hot water, particularly when it's cold outside. There is limited hot water storage, but we found if we could all get a post ride shower with a bit of patience. In the summer this should not be such an issue as the water temperature would be higher anyway so don't let that put you off.
The owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful and showed how to operate everything.
The apartment was warm enough with just the air conditioning heating and a gas fire, even though the apartment is clearly not built with unusally cold winter in mind.
Outside there is a large patio/terrace with a BBQ and plenty of seating. When the sun did come out it was pleasantly warm even in February. Not sure about the pool. I believe that is over the road, but when it's 0 deg outside it wasn't high on our list of things to do.
The apartment is not too far from the beach/Port (about 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk) but a little bit further out so fairly quiet in February.
So, would I stay there again? Most definitely. In fact I'm trying to convince the guys we need to return in the Autumn for another week.
Normally there is enough hot water for everyone,the temperature has been increased too. After 2-3 showers the boiler needs about 20-30 minutes to be hot again.

"Peaceful, private, spacious it was more than expected."
The apartment itself is well designed with 3 bedrooms, ideal for a family or a group of cyclists like we were. The outdoor area is fantastic with sun loungers and built in bbq. You feel very safe in the garden area and is very peaceful. It is only a short walk away from the busier town centre, which makes it nice especially in summer when you ahve been in teh centre all day maybe on the beach and just want some quiet time. There is a supermarket about 200 metres away. Probably the best part about the apartment though was the owners hospitality (Hans), he was there to meet us with the key, great communictaion and set up the Wi-fi for us on request and a bottle of wine on arrival.
I will be using the apartment again when I return in October as is ideal for my requirements and I believe will be for the majority as well, whether this be family or a group of friends.

"Good overall but doesn't have the pool it claims"
We really enjoyed staying here and especially enjoyed the fairly spacious shady outside space. The owner was very friendly and helpful, organising wifi for us. However we can't give it more than 3 stars as it claims to have a shared pool which it doesn't. The owner told us to use a pool we would have to claim to be staying in a completely different set of apartments, which we didnt feel comfortable doing. We didn't mind too much as the lovely safe beach is only 15 mins walk away.
Overall we had a lovely stay
-the pool is not directly with the apartment,but very near and can be used for free.
-the nice sandy beach is not far and very good, clean and suitable for babies and children
-The apartment as well as the bedrooms and the equipement will be renewed during the winter,so that everything will have an excellent quality.Actually it's already very good but it will be still better.

The appartment is all it says in the write up and has everything you need for a self catering holiday and is in a great location if you want a quiet stay.
The appartment has good size garden with plenty of sunshine and a friendly pub next door, with several supermarkets close by,but I would recommend a car as the larger supermarkets and the beach are a little too far to walk, although the area is very flat.
Puerto Pollensa and the surrounding area are very pleasant and quiet,but there is plenty of good resturants and bars in the area with live entertainmet.
The local beaches are fantastic with plenty of sun loungers and lots of space and again quiet.
The Owner (Hans) met us at the appartment and was very helpful with advise and directions and places to visit,there were also some very useful tourist guides in the appartment.
