Very nice holiday apartment with pool access (50 meters) and room for up to 7 people and a baby. There is also a smaller apartment available 50 metres away, please contact the owner for further details.

Puerto Pollensa in a quiet residential area.
Only 800m to the beach and shopping facilities within 100m.
3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1bathroom, lounge, terrace, garden, car park, fully furnished.

Puerto Pollensa is one of the most beautiful places on Mallorca with a nice sandy beach.
There is a sailing - and surfing school, numerous shopping possibilities and a lot of nice bars, clubs and restaurants in quiet atmosphere.
The even sloping sandy beach is very clean, particularly suitable for families with children and not even too crowded. Be welcome!
Special winter prices for long term stay (2 months or more): available from november to march. Special prices possible from february until may on request.

Conditions
In winter it's possible to rent the apartment for 1 or more months (November - March). Rest of the year available by days or weeks. The minimum rental period is 4 days, but not in July, August and September.

Puerto Pollensa is situated in the north of Mallorca, a friendly, laid-back area with beautiful scenery and sandy beaches. You can walk along the marina in the evenings enjoy the warm weather and looking at the yachts, or you can enjoy a quiet drink at one of the various cafes that line the streets.
