Self catering accommodation in Puerto Pollensa, the apartment is located in the centre of the town and are ideal for families the elderly or disabled.

This three bedroom apartment has been built with extra wide doors and turning circles to allow easy access throughout for wheelchair users or for prams etc.., the apartments also have walk/wheel in shower areas. There are two balconies, one is off the bedroom and the other off the lounge. The central location means restaurants and shops are easily accessible, the beach and pine walk area are less than 50 metres away.

The Apartment is air-conditioned and have fully equipped kitchens including washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer, oven/hob and utility area and are serviced by a lift or stairs.

The Apartment block is new and was completed in June 2005. It has a security entrance with a camera and the apts are accessed by a lift or stairs. It has a large spacious living/dining area, two bathrooms, two balconies and was decorated and furnished in January 2006. It is only 50 meters from the beach, local square and pine walk area.

The apartment is suitable for all guests, but is especially suitable for the elderly or disabled traveller. The apartment has been built with extra wide doors and turning circles for wheelchairs and there is also an open shower area.

The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa (Pollença) lies on the northern tip of Majorca and is surrounded by the spectacular Boquer mountains.

The Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area area

Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the famous Pine Walk.

With its beautiful old properties and under the shade of the trees, the Pine Walk leads into the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Along the way there are several restaurants and bars, and the impressive views of the bay and the mountains can be enjoyed. The beaches on the Pine Walk enjoy the shade of the trees and provide the perfect spot for spending the day on the beach.

The attractive old town of Pollença with its narrow streets and ochre roof houses is only 3 miles away and is well worth a visit. It is a haven of Mallorcan traditions one of which is the mock battle between the Moors and Christians where the expulsion of the Moors from island is celebrated which takes place in August.
