About the home

This 2 bedroom, corner apartment is in a small private block of 14 Situated just behind Pine Walk close to the Illa D’or hotel. As it is situated on the third floor, it has views of either the mountains or the sea from each of the large windows on all three sides.
The Beautiful ground floor bar/restaurant has a beautiful pool with childrens section which residents may use
It is only 50 yds to the beach and the centre of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 15 to 20 mins stroll down the attractive pedestrianised Pine walk.
Wonderful for cyclists as secure ground floor storage!!

The apartment has a fully fitted separate kitchen with an open plan lounge /dining area. This leads off to one of the double bedrooms with the other double/twin being located through the hall. There are two balconies, the front overlooks pine walk and the sea and has chairs and a small table, and the rear overlooks Boquer valley hills.

The quiet street between the apartment block and pine walk provides ample parking.

The front balcony has a limited view to the sea, small table and chairs, and a wind down blind for the sun
The rear balcony has views to the Boquer hills and has a table and 2 chairs, ideal for the early morning coffee
On the ground floor there is not only a supermarket , that stocks all the basics, but also a hairdressers and a small gift shop
Large pool has childrens area and belongs to the bar but may be used by residents the restaurant/bar has live tasteful music
Wifi is available within the bar

The 4 star Ila D'Or hotel is a few yards away and has the most wonderful seaside bar and sitting area, where you can sit and relax and look over the bay.
The hotel also offers extensive beauty treatments.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

With it's beautiful old properties and under the shade of the trees, Pine Walk leads you into the heart of Puerto Pollensa in only ten minutes. Along the way you'll find several restaurants and bars where you can stop to admire the impressive views of the bay

For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers.
The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit.

For those wishing to explore the island there is Palma's gothic cathedral and also the beautiful hillside towns of Valldemosa and Deia. Visit Soller and take the train through the orange groves or stop for lunch in a quaint Mallorcan village. There is so much to see!

We can recommend car hire for you straight to your holiday destination, please ask when enquiring. If you do hire a car we will supply you with a map & directions. The trip by car from Palma is straightforward, avoiding the City itself and takes around 35 minutes
