“High quality apartment in a lovely location.” The apartment was very spacious and fitted to high quality. The balcony is perfectly positioned to enjoy the activity in the square below. Right opposite the church with a bakers to one side and a market in the square once a week. Everyone in our group commented how comfortable the beds were and the beach kit in the cupboard was a great touch which helped keep the younger of us entertained. A great week spent in a nice central location. Look forward to staying again. Thank you.

“Well appointed apartment, very close to all facilities” The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. Positioned in the main square we found the location to be ideal. Communication with the owner worked well and we found the description on the website to be accurate. I would have no hesitation in using the apartment again in the future.

“Super apartment, centrally located” We have been going to Puerto Pollensa for about 25 years and stayed in various properties within the resort. We have recently returned to the UK having spent a two week holiday at this apartment with our grown up children and their partners (6 adults). The apartment is fully equipped, even with beach gear and the like. The kitchen was even stocked with milk, bread and water which was a nice touch. The lounge, dining area and balconies were immaculate and spacious with the apartment situated opposite the church in the main square, a few minutes walk from the beach. We didn't use the shared pool as we are beach people. The kitchen was fully equipped although we tended to eat out during the evening. There are a huge variety of restaurants in this area with prices varying from 12 Euros for a three course 'menu of the day' which included wine, up to 200 Euros for a 'special birthday meal' for 6 including drinks. Although there is some noise from the square during the night, you have the benefit of being able to sit on the balcony with a drink in the evening and soak up the atmosphere. Also you are right in the middle of everything so no need to hire a car unless you want to explore. We had excellent communication from the friendly owners and wifi and English TV channels were provided. All in all a super holiday and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

“Quality apartment” The apartment lived up to previous reviews; the flat was spacious and beautifully presented throughout, with fantastic views over the church, mountains and main square. Again, location wise the flat was great; a couple of minutes walk to the beach and with bars and restaurants on your doorstep. As you are on the main square it can be noisy at night but we loved the atmosphere and watching the world go by from the balcony, we have young kids and they slept through it all quite happily. The only minor niggles were the washing machine which only did a cold wash (not good when you have to wash a lot of dirty clothes) and had a few problems in getting in contact with the owners for directions to the flat . However all in all a lovely apartment and resort in which to stay and I would recommend it.

“Perfect holiday apartment” We've been going to Puerto Pollensa for 15 years and we've stayed in this block by the square a number of times. This particular apartment is the best we've been in. it is immaculate, spacious, well furnished and has everything you'll need. The bedrooms are really comfortable, the kitchen is large and well equipped and the living room /dining room is huge. The corner balcony offers a great view of the church, the square and the mountains. For us, the location couldn't be better. it is literally less than a five minute stroll to the beach. It is worth noting that as the apartment is by the square, there is activity at the bars and restaurants in the evening and at night. However the noise is not excessive and the apartment is double glazed. Puerto Pollensa has an annual saint's festival around the middle of July so the port and expecially the square can be more busy and noisy than usual. We were there in the middle of those celebrations and although one band played well into the night, we enjoyed watching/listening to the concerts/fireworks from the balcony. The shared pool doesn't get the sun all day so the water doesn't always get as warm as you might like but the space is secluded for sunbathing. we never saw more than 3 people using that area at any one time so it's pretty exclusive. Dealing with the friendly and efficent owners was straightforward with clear communication at all times. We'll definitely use the apartment again

“Lovely apartment in Puerto Pollensa” Three adults and two children had a great 10 day stay at this apartment in early June. The apt is spacious and well appointed and in a great location overlooking the main square and the church. It was a pleasure to come back to after a day at the beach or out sightseeing. We ate out mostly, PP has a great choice of restaurants but did make use of the well appointed kitchen a couple of times. the girls made use of the pool a few times in the late afternoon but the beach is the place to be, we were blessed with lovely weather. A place to stay if you want to be in the center of things, you get some noise from the square, children playing etc and later at the weekends but we really didn't mind. Our first time to PP and and sure we will return soon.

“Excellent appartment” I had never been to Peurto Pollensa before and went on the recommendation of a family memeber who has holidayed there with his family for the last 6 years. We loved the resort, it is very family friendly and has plently of restaurants and shops within minutes walk of the apartment. I had never booked a private let before and was a little apprehensive. The apartment is excellent very spacious and comfortably, my 2 youngest children (aged 3 and 7) felt settled immediately. The weather was a little overcast during our visit so the swimming pool never heated up enough to use, however to beach is only minutes away and to be fair I would highly recommend this appartment even if it didn't have a swimming pool. The booking process was made very straight forward and the owner replied to any queires quickly. The cleaning lady visited the apartment once a week to change the bedding and towel (and was very friendly). Loved my stay and hope to go back again.

“Ideal situation” A bright, clean and airy apartment which was larger than it appeared in photos. The Plaza is ideal as central for shops, restaurants, local buses and just a few minutes to the marina and beach. The apartment has everything a family could need for their stay, as the weather not too good the wifi was a godsend as girls able to use ipads, ipods etc. It was nice to look out from the apartment to square below, seeing local people and children socialising, the market on Wedsday morning starts early so you hear stall holders setting up. Would certainly return

“Excellent appartment in a good location” The photographs do not really do the appartment justice. It is very spacious and well equipped with a lovely view from the balcony of the central square, church and hills behind Puerto Pollensa. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the world go by! The shared pool and surroundings are quite basic but because the beach and sea are great and a few minutes walk away we found we did not use the pool much. The central location and good bus services mean you really don't need to hire a car. Puerto Pollensa is very pretty and Majorca as an island has plenty to offer families. Because it is central with lots of restaurants around ,there is quite a bit of late night noise and a early morning noise once a week when they set up the stalls on market day which might not suit everyone.

“excellent well appointed,centrally located apartment” 8 'old' school pals - 2 staying on boat at Marina nearby (brilliant facilities and pool) . The location of the apartment wasfirst class and it is more spacious than it appears on web site.We didn't use the pool but it seemed perfectly adequate and was always quiet. Perhaps not the best for young children as thery need more outside space but for adults/teenagers I would certainly recommend. You step out of the apartment and you are right in the main square which suprisingly was not noisy - this area does not seem to attract those wishing a 'rowdy' time. It seems very safe and the public transport system is excellent, inexpensive and on time! We would definitely return.

“First class apartment in wonderful location” We very much enjoyed a week long stay at this fantastic apartment in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment was clean and very well equipped - and we found it to be a real home from home. The location was fantastic - just a few minutes stroll to the many restaurants and the lovely beach. It was great not to need a car - and with a young child and two grandparents as part of our holiday group it was nice to have everything we needed on our doorstep. We particularly enjoyed being able to spend the morning at the beach, pop back to the apartment for lunch/siesta time and then return to the beach in the afternoon. Particular highlights were the bakery/cake shop a 30 second walk away, the Wednesday market in the town square and choosing which of the lovely restaurants to go to for a meal. We hope to return!
