The apartment was very spacious and fitted to high quality. The balcony is perfectly positioned to enjoy the activity in the square below. Right opposite the church with a bakers to one side and a market in the square once a week. Everyone in our group commented how comfortable the beds were and the beach kit in the cupboard was a great touch which helped keep the younger of us entertained. A great week spent in a nice central location. Look forward to staying again. Thank you. |

The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. Positioned in the main square we found the location to be ideal. Communication with the owner worked well and we found the description on the website to be accurate. I would have no hesitation in using the apartment again in the future. |

We have been going to Puerto Pollensa for about 25 years and stayed in various properties within the resort. We have recently returned to the UK having spent a two week holiday at this apartment with our grown up children and their partners (6 adults). The apartment is fully equipped, even with beach gear and the like. The kitchen was even stocked with milk, bread and water which was a nice touch. The lounge, dining area and balconies were immaculate and spacious with the apartment situated opposite the church in the main square, a few minutes walk from the beach. We didn't use the shared pool as we are beach people. The kitchen was fully equipped although we tended to eat out during the evening. There are a huge variety of restaurants in this area with prices varying from 12 Euros for a three course 'menu of the day' which included wine, up to 200 Euros for a 'special birthday meal' for 6 including drinks. Although there is some noise from the square during the night, you have the benefit of being able to sit on the balcony with a drink in the evening and soak up the atmosphere. Also you are right in the middle of everything so no need to hire a car unless you want to explore. We had excellent communication from the friendly owners and wifi and English TV channels were provided. All in all a super holiday and would definitely stay at this apartment again. |
