About the home
Luxury and comfort in absolute peace and privacy but only 4 kms from village and amenities and 1 km from the sea. Accommodation upstairs and downstairs in the house and two cottages. All have bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi and one with a steam room.
There are speakers all through the house and terrace to have music while eating or sitting with a glass of wine. If birdwatching is interesting to you, we are on the edge of a Nature Reserve and many species of birds actually nest in the gardens. The Upstairs bedroom has its own private terrace wonderful for a bit of all over colour.
Our bit of paradise is extremely private and will suit couples or families, as the pool can be viewed from most places. Casa Encantada is extremely luxurious and I hope I have thought of all things to give you a most relaxing and tranquil holiday.

We request that guests refrain from smoking inside the properties however we have no objection to smoking outside in the garden or on the terraces.
Children are welcome.
Conditions
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Departure at 11am and arrival at 4 pm. Cleaner will come twice a week and change the linen and towels on a Saturday. A car is necessary 56kms from the Airport and 4 kms to nearest amenities.
30% non refundable deposit on confirmation of availability and the remainder 6 six weeks before your stay.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Pollensa is a 12th century village with great history of various invasions. The church is rather austere but on Sunday is full of candles. Also on Sundays the market is held in the Placa Major the social morning for the Mallorcans. In July there is an Internationally famous Music Festival in the Cloisters and August brings the battle between the Moors and Christians, which is really authentic!
The property is overlooked by the Tramuntana Mountains and is a backdrop for the Puerto. Nearby is Alcudia, Can Picafort, Cala da Vicente and Formentor which all have lovely sandy beaches. The climate is fabulous and most days from end of April to end of October are sunny and warm with an Artists blue light and make you glad to be alive!
The Puerto Pollensa area
Palma is only 56 kms away and has a wonderful 12th century Cathedral, certainly worth a visit. Many tapas bars in the little alleyways around the City and great shops and outdoor cafes to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. A walk along the Paseo Maritimo will reveal lots of terrific boats in the Harbour, where King Juan Carlos moors his boat.
The Island is a practice ground for cyclists and walkers all times of the year. But nothing nicer than a picnic on one of the beaches and popping into the crystal clear water to cool down.

Easyjet, BMI and BMI Baby also Ryan Air from the UK. Ferry from Barcelona or Valencia to the Island.
Car Hire are all mostly at the Airport in Palma and would be best for the client to organise when booking their flights to the Island, as they need a car for the journey of 56kms from the Airport to Pollensa and also for getting around whilst they stay at Casa Encantada, 4 kms from Pollensa and supermarkets and 1 km. from the sea and 5 kms from Puerto Pollensa.
