The accommodation comprises main bedroom, double bed with en suite bathroom, a further twin bedroom and a single bedroom (bunk beds - sleeps 2) and separate shower room. There is a lounge/ dining room with spacious south facing balcony. Leading from the living area is a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. The accommodation benefits from air conditioning/heating to all rooms. The large private roof terrace has views to the sea and mountains and has a built in BBQ, external shower and sun loungers.
There are landscaped gardens and 3 tier swimming pool with children's section and large communal sun terrace with sun loungers provided free of charge. Within the complex is a well stocked supermarket with excellent facilities and wifi
In Jan 2012 the apartment has had a newly re-fitted kitchen area and the shower room was altered and updated in 2011.

The penthouse apartment is south facing with stairs to a large private roof terrace with views over Pollensa Bay and Tramuntana Mountains. The roof terrace contains a built in BBQ, sink with hot and cold water and an external shower.
The large south facing balcony from the living /dining room overlooks the large outdoor swimming pool and communal garden areas.

The famous 4-star waterfront Illa d'Or hotel is within easy walking distance.
The Market Town of Pollensa is a 5 minute drive from the apartment with its charming cobbled streets, squares, restaurants and 12th Century churches with a weekly Sunday Market.
Cala St Vincente (6km) has excellent sandy beaches and the bustling centre of Alcudia with water parks is only 15 km away.

We have travelled to this part of the island many times and this is the first time we have stayed this side of the bay. We loved it so much we've re-booked for next year! The apartment is on the second floor and benefits from a well equiped, spacious roof terrace, which is accessed through two locked doors. The living area has a great feel with an open plan design and plenty of room to accomodate everyone. The balcony off the living area over looks the pool and mountains and was a delight for breakfast in the morning sun and early evening G&T's! There is a safe, books, children's DVD's, beech and pool toys for the children. Well equiped kitchen with more than you could possibly need. Sky TV, including CBeebies! DVD player and CD player. The tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water were a welcome treat on arrival. The appartment is located a 5 min stroll from a long, long, long stretch of beeches, which also has spots where children get play with fishing nets. The beeches are very safe for children with large shallow sections. There are lots of resturants on the sea front accomodating all tastes and budgets and are very welcoming of children and are happy for children to share a dinner if they want to say room for ice creams. I would definately recommend a stroll out to the square for dinner. We travelled with two small children, 6 and 2 years along with both grannies and the apartment felt spacious enough for us all. There was no concerns for the safety of the children. I would definately recomend this appartment to family and friends. |
