Home description
The accommodation comprises main bedroom with en suite bathroom, a further twin bedroom and a single bedroom (bunk beds - sleeps 2) and separate shower room. There is a lounge/ dining room with spacious south facing balcony. Leading from the living area is a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. The accommodation benefits from air conditioning/heating to all rooms. The large private roof terrace has views to the sea and mountains and has a built in BBQ, external shower and sun loungers.
There are landscaped gardens and 3 tier swimming pool with children's section and large communal sun terrace with sun loungers provided free of charge. Within the complex is a well stocked supermarket.

The beautiful Island of Majorca is home to some of the Balearics most stunning scenery. The fantastic City of Palma with it's Gothic Cathedral is a must visit location as well as the pretty hillside towns and villages. Mallorca has something for eveyone and can be as lively or as quiet as you want it to be.
Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area
The resort of Puerto Pollensa boasts a long sandy beach, exquisite marina, fine restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. There are many local activities to enjoy including all kinds of watersports, horseriding, diving, fishing, walking in the mountains, cycling and golf ( 9 hole and 18 hole courses) to mention just a few. The famous 4-star waterfront Illa d'Or hotel is within easy walking distance.
The Market Town of Pollensa is a 5 minute drive from the apartment with its charming cobbled streets, squares, restaurants and 12th Century churches with a weekly Sunday Market.
Cala St Vincente (6km) has excellent sandy beaches and the bustling centre of Alcudia with water parks is only 15 km away.

How to get there
The budget airlines, including Easyjet have regular and very efficient flights into Palma De Mallorca airport from most UK regional airports. Other Airlines also fly into this major airport, including Ryanair, Monarch, BMI, Jet2.com and also British Airways. Charter flights are available from most UK airports. Car Hire is very reasonably priced on the Island.
Journey time from the Airport to Puerto Pollensa is approximately 45 minutes.
