The accommodation comprises main bedroom (with Double bed - not as pictured) with en suite bathroom, a further twin bedroom and a single bedroom (bunk beds - sleeps 2) and separate shower room. There is a lounge/ dining room with spacious south facing balcony. Leading from the living area is a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. The accommodation benefits from air conditioning/heating to all rooms. The large private roof terrace has views to the sea and mountains and has a built in BBQ, external shower and sun loungers.
There are landscaped gardens and 3 tier swimming pool with children's section and large communal sun terrace with sun loungers provided free of charge. Within the complex is a well stocked supermarket with excellent facilities and wifi
In Jan 2012 the apartment has had a newly re-fitted kitchen area and the shower room was altered and updated in 2011.

The penthouse apartment is south facing with stairs to a large private roof terrace with views over Pollensa Bay and Tramuntana Mountains. The roof terrace contains a built in BBQ, sink with hot and cold water and an external shower.
The large south facing balcony from the living /dining room overlooks the large outdoor swimming pool and communal garden areas.

The beautiful Island of Majorca is home to some of the Balearics most stunning scenery. The fantastic City of Palma with it's Gothic Cathedral is a must visit location as well as the pretty hillside towns and villages. Mallorca has something for eveyone and can be as lively or as quiet as you want it to be.
The Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area area
The resort of Puerto Pollensa boasts a long sandy beach, exquisite marina, fine restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. There are many local activities to enjoy including all kinds of watersports, horseriding, diving, fishing, walking in the mountains, cycling and golf ( 9 hole and 18 hole courses) to mention just a few. The famous 4-star waterfront Illa d'Or hotel is within easy walking distance.
The Market Town of Pollensa is a 5 minute drive from the apartment with its charming cobbled streets, squares, restaurants and 12th Century churches with a weekly Sunday Market.
Cala St Vincente (6km) has excellent sandy beaches and the bustling centre of Alcudia with water parks is only 15 km away.
