A 2 double bedroom top floor AIR CONDITIONED apartment forming part of a well kept but small private development. Superbly presented and conviently located within a 10-15 walk of central Puerto Pollensa and only a short bus ride from the historic Pollensa town.
Siller is a small but peaceful hamlet with stunning mountain views- a well kept secret. Siller has a few local shops for the essentials and is on a bus route.
A car is not essential here but if you hire one there is parking next to the block.
A holiday here offers a quality, relaxed and safe picturesque environment and with the benefit of being close enough to the port of Pollensa where you can enjoy the extensive facilities available (on land and water) in a really family friendly backdrop.
The port has many restaurants and cafe bars set alongside and adjacent to a sandy beach. Great for a leisurely daytime or evening stroll or cycling.
The apartment has 2 balconies, 1 to front and 1 to rear.

Palma, is steeped in history and has a harbour. There is a tourist train service to Siller from Palmer which passes through a very scenic route.
Andratx has a number of good quality restaurants along its harbour. Caves of Drac are well worth a visit

Puerto Pollensa / Siller area
Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are extremely popular costal destinations with a great family appeal. These provide a range of bars and restaurants to suit all. Pollensa town centre offers character and local charm with an excellent range of bars and restaurants and the famous Calvery Steps.
