We provide self catering accommodation in Puerto Pollensa, our apartments are located in the centre of the town and are ideal for families the elderly or diabled. We have two and three bedroom apartments available which have been built with extra wide doors and turning circles to allow easy access throughout for wheelchair users or for prams etc.., the apartments also have walk/wheel in shower areas. The central location means restaurants and shops are easily accessible, the beach and pine walk area are less than 50 metres away. The Apartments are air-conditioned and have fully equipped kitchens including washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer, oven/hob and utility area and are serviced by a lift or stairs.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa(Pollença) lies on the northern tip of Majorca and is surrounded by the spectacular Boquer mountains. This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. It is particularly popular amongst families as it offers a safe environment due to much of the resort being pedestrianised. This also makes the resort suitable for wheelchair users. The locals welcome children wherever you go. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again.
Puerto Pollensa area
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the famous Pine Walk.
With it's beautiful old properties and under the shade of the trees, the Pine Walk leads into the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Along the way there are several restaurants and bars, and the impressive views of the bay and the mountains can be enjoyed. The beaches on the Pine Walk enjoy the shade of the trees and provide the perfect spot for spending the day on the beach.
The attractive old town of Pollença with its narrow streets and ochre roof houses is only 3 miles away and is well worth a visit. It is a haven of Mallorcan traditions one of which is the mock battle between the Moors and Christians where the expulsion of the Moors from island is celebrated which takes place in August.

Further details indoors: The Apartment block is new and was completed in June 2005. It has a security entance with a camera and the apts are accessed by a lift or stairs. The location is its best asset as it is only 50 meters from the beach, local square and pine walk area.
Further details outdoors: The resort area is flat and is already a popular destination for wheelchair users. There is always plenty to do in the area, whether it is a dip in the sea, a leisurely evening stroll or a swim in the local pool which provides a chair/hoist for disabled access.
