The Mallorca/Majorca region
Very nice spanish Island with a lot of flair. Beautiful long clean and sandy beaches, a lot of activities. The principal activities for which Majorca is well known is cycling, swimming, sailing, relaxing and much more.
In the north and specially in the region of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa exists a quiet tourism, with not many people, ideal for relaxing holidays. The beaches are clean and the water quality is excellent.
The climate is warm, in summer until 34 ºC and the nights are mild. In winter with sunshine temperatures reach 22 ºC. But sometimes it can be cold like 10-14 ºC.
The Majorquin people are friendly and pacific. Nearly every day is a market in another village. All in all very pleasant.
