Puerto Pollensa area
We are pleased to present a selection of Puerto Pollensa villas to rent. Puerto Pollensa is, without any doubt, one of the most attractive municipalities of the island. It’s for some reason that it was one of the areas where tourism started, besides being a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century.
From the scenic point of view, Pollensa is full of contrasts, and a quite big part of the so-called “Sierra de Tramontana” with its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea mixes with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees, is situated within its municipality. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are a lot of art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. During nearly all the year one con enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most famous ones are those that take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister.
The cosmopolitan character is due to the fact that a lot of Europeans have their holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa, and many live permanently in the area. The municipality of Pollensa comprises, apart from the old town, two further townships, the PORT OF POLLENSA and CALA SANT VICENÇ, two coastal towns with a well-defined and different personality, due to the fact that they are situated in two settings with completely different geographical and scenic characteristics.
Port de Pollensa is famous since many years for its outstanding beauty and its scenic variety, being the deepest and most closed bay of Mallorca. In this bay you’ll find enclaves as exclusive as Formentor.
Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example.
Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.

Casa Can Cisco is 60km from the airport. Directions and maps to the villa will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. If you contact us we can also arrange car hire and transfers for you, along with flights and travel insurance.

Further details indoors: The accommodation is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of an entrance hallway with feature arch leading to a spacious living / dining room having high quality traditional furniture. Across the hall way there is a guest cloakroom and a good sized breakfast room with easy chairs and a TV. An archway leads to the fitted breakfast kitchen which has a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. The washing machine is housed in a separate area. Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor galleried landing. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony are to the right hand side whilst a passage way to the left gives access to three twin bedrooms, two having access to a balcony. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and central heating radiators. There is also a very nice family bathroom on this level. Entertainment is provided by Digital Satellite TV, DVD Player and a music system. All rooms benefit from central heating, if required. (small extra charge) Ceiling fans are fitted in the breakfast kitchen and master bedroom.
Further details outdoors: Double doors from the living room give access to a spacious, shaded terrace having wooded garden furniture and numerous pot plants to add to the décor. From here steps lead down to the well stocked, mature gardens consisting of lawns, flower borders, shrubs and trees. Set in the pleasant surrounding is a feature 7.5m x 4.5m swimming pool, which is equipped with Roman steps for safe, easy access. Terrace furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided along with a portable BBQ unit to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining on the terrace. To the rear of the house there is a small orchard with fruit trees. To one of the villa the partly shaded large drive way offers parking for four cars in front of the double garages.
