About the home

Duplex apartment with an excellent situation in Puerto Pollensa. Located in the famous PINE WALK "Paseo Vormar", over the sea front, only few metres distance from the well known Illa D'Or Hotel.

It has four bedrooms (3 double & 1 single), one of them with double bed and a bathroom en suite. Two with twin beds and a fourth party with just one single bed. Two complete bathroom plus a guest toilet. Ample and luminous lounge diner with an exit to the covered terrace, from where wonderful views of the sea and all the Bay are contemplated. The terrace has out door furniture and is ideal for summer meals enjoying the fresh breeze from the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is totally equipped, including dishwasher, microwaves and electric oven, besides all the kitchen utensils of habitual use. Small laundry room with washing machine, iron etc. There is air condition throughout the whole apartment. In addition the property has a covered parking space in the building.

Without a doubt a charming apartment with superb location that will allow you enjoy the sunny days at the beach in Puerto de Pollensa.

In the living/dining room there are chairs and a dining table for 7 people, satellite TV, sofa and a small table on the middle. The apartment has air-conditioning.

The apartment is divided in 2 levels, on the first level you will find the kitchen ,dining-living room, the single bedroom an small toilet ( wc and handbasin). Big covered terrace with beautiful views of the Bay. The beach it's just in front of the apartment.

Downstairs, 3 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms one of them in-suite.

Also the great cultural town of Pollensa; the market, crafts, galleries of art, as well as the famous Festival of Classic music (in July and August) all complements it with a great culinary supply of famous restaurants and a lot of tapas bars.

Cala San Viçenc A small beach in the term of Pollen a. It deserves a lot of tranquillity and beauty.
Campanet A small town at about 15 minutes which is worth to visit. Sa Pobla Municipality eminently agriculturist and with deep roots in their popular culture. The bars are famous by its hot tapas.

Alcudia Visit the town of Alcudia with its medieval wall and its enchantments in the old part of town.

Music Festival In July and August you can enjoy the prestigious Festival of Music which takes place in Pollença.
Nautical Sports In Puerto Pollença and Alcúdia. A few minutes in the car you will find where to practice a great variety of nautical sports.

Golf Pollença The 9-Hole Golf Pollença is situated very close to the villa. Puig de Maria Near to the entrance of Pollen a, it deserves a visit. The views from the top are really spectacular. Do not forget your camera.

To get to Puerto Pollensa the best way is by taxi or by renting a car .There is local rent a car companies in the port and they will comes to the airport to give you the car and you can return it at the airport the last day.

You don´t need a car at the airport if you want to enjoy the beach because is just in front of the apartment.
