The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca is the lagest of the Balleric Islands, the capital Palma has a gothic cathederal, a large marina and many enjoyable shops.


Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area

Puerto de Pollensa is a resort that retains its charm after its transformation from small fishing village, its local square is one of the areas to eat together with restaurants surrounding the marina. The old town of Pollensa is aproximatley ten minute drive away where you can visit the old church's, medival buildings, winding old streets and of course the restaurants.
Both Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa have local markets where you can enjoy a brouse or barter.


How to get there

Most low cost airlines like BMI Baby, Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Monarch, Air Berlin and Briish Midland fly into Palma de Mallorca (PMI) as well as British Airways, Air France, Iberia and Lufthansa.

The average taxi cost from the airport is in the region of 80 euros.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, cooker/hob, dishwasher, microwave etc with a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Accommadation comprises of a master bedroom with a super king sized bed with full en suite facilities, a twin bedded room, third bunk bedded room and a shower room. A safe travel cot and high chair are also included.

The ground floor apartment gives easy access to the pool area from the the front garden whilst the rear garden patio area allows peace and privacy if required.
Witin two minutes of the apartment is a Spar shop which caters for most of your needs.

A £100-00 refundable security deposit is required.
Between the months of May until September bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, flexible holidays outside these periods.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, smokers are welcome but we ask them to smoke in the garden area.
Apartment is for six people only, our management company will ask you to leave if this is extended.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance eight weeks prior to the holiday.
