A beautiful gated community on a hillside with great views of the sea, houses in the gated community. The property offers satellite TV 40' plasma , Internet connection, DVD, Hi-Fi, X-BOX and Wii VIDO GAMESrental available(40e/week) ( under refundable security deposit )washing machine, large lounge and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor BBQ at the rear. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped brand new appliances. Including stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker etc. There are 3 large communal swimming pools in the complex. Each pool is on a different level and is available to all residents.

The Puerto Pollensa / Gommar area

Puerto de Pollença (Pollensa) Mallorca is a town and municipality situated in the far north-east corner of the island of Mallorca, near Formentor and Alcúdia.

“Fantastic Stay at this luxury villa” The owner of this villa works very hard to make your stay a great one. The villa is situated in a quiet area but within walking distance from Port de Polleca. The amenities are excellent and the villa really is home from home. The owner changes sheets and towels on a regular basis and makes sure the villa is kept clean. She is always on hand should you need help with anything. I would recommend it to families and couples alike. This is our second stay and we will definitely return.

“Lovely house, lovely resort but bit hilly with small kids” Lovely house with great welcome from jero. Welcome package was out of this world and facilities were great. Only downside was how high in hills it was with a 2 year old and buggy! Would recommend for adults or older children or if using a car

“Welcome to a superbly comfortable home that enjoys both the seaside and cultural town experiences” We are shortly going to embark on our family holiday to Pollensa, Mallorca. Not our first or second but our third trip to this wonderful villa. We must at this point add that we are not or ever have been accustomed to returning to the same place more than once. But you know how it is. When you find somewhere that ticks all of those boxes, you'd be completely mad to take risks and deviate! The location, the accomodation, the villa owners, all truly superb. Situated in the Gotmar region, the villa in the gated deveopment affords lovely views of the distant mountains as well as the wonderful Pollensa bay. The accomodation is contemporary, stylish, super comfortable and clean. Air conditioning in each room is perfect for our three children (now aged, 9, 8 4) and happy rested children makes happy parents. The villa's 40 inch TV, satellite offering together with WiFi and large comfy sofas mean that this villa really does feel like home from home. I'm not suggesting TV and internet is what we see in an ideal holiday, but it's exactly these additional options that make for a happy, relaxed, chilled, entertained holiday for all the family. Jero and Antony, the owners couldn't be nicer. Lovely, charming and most accomodating, they have always - since our very first trip four years ago - been very happy and willing to make recommendations of places to go and see; make restaurant reservations; do grocery shopping tailored to their clients' needs. “Relaxing and peaceful setting” We found the villa to be very comfortable, clean and modern with everything we were looking for. Jero the owner was very friendly and helpful. The complex was very quiet, we didn't see anyone else in the three pools throughout our stay. It worked brilliantly for our family holiday. The beach is a few minutes drive away (we could have walked but didn't want to push a toddler up the hill in the buggy) and was really clean and quiet. Lots of choice for relaxed meals out in the evening. Perfect holiday. Response: Thank you very much for your nice comments.
