Home description
This stylishly decorated apartment is only 150 meters from one of the loveliest bays in the Med. It is close to the famous Hotel Illa D'or and pretty Pine Walk. Restaurants and bars are within an easy stroll. A high proportion of our guests rebook.
The huge private roof terrace has views across the roof tops to the sea and mountains. The terrace has a barbecue, shower, sun beds, pergola and tables and chairs. The apartments share an attractive swimming pool (with children's section) set amongst pretty communal lawns.
The tasteful lounge/diner leads on to the sunny balcony with retractable blind and pool views . There is satellite TV, videos and a CD player. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a contemporary shower room, a twin bedded room and a third bedroom with bunk beds. A safe, toy box, games, books, baby listener, travel cot and high chair are all provided.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
About 45 minutes drive from Palma, in the north of Mallorca lies the picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa. For those wishing to explore the island there is Palma's gothic cathedral and also the beautiful hillside towns of Valldemosa and Deia. Visit Soller and take the train through the orange groves or stop for lunch in a quaint Mallorcan village. There is so much to see!
Puerto Pollensa area
This lovely resort retains the charm and character of the small fishing village that it once was. There are no high rise buildings to spoil the sky line, just a wealth of pleasant bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a long sandy beach with a promenade leading to the centre of the resort. For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers. The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit.

N.B. WE UNDERSTAND that there may be some building work taking place off to the right hand rear of the complex building during September and October. There is a garden and swimming pool between the back of our apartment and the new build. In October, because of the uncertainty surrounding building schedules we have agreed rates of £550 if there isn't any building disturbance and £450 if there is. We are happy to provide you with further details.
How to get there
Many low cost airlines operate as well as British Airways and Lufthansa, BMI, Easyjet, Air Berlin, British Midland, Ryanair, Monarch are just a few. We use carjet.com normally for car hire ( although check out their charges for petrol beflore you book as they seem to have gone up substantially lately)

The deposit is £100 per week between October and mid May and £200 per week from mid May until the end of September. The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday. The apartment is rented on the understanding that it sleeps a maximum of 6 plus a baby. If it is found that numbers exceed 6 + baby the Management Company will ask the group to leave. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday between April and October (flexible outside these months).
