Home description
This stylishly decorated apartment is only 150 meters from one of the loveliest bays in the Med. It is close to the famous Hotel Illa D'or and pretty Pine Walk. Restaurants and bars are within an easy stroll. A high proportion of our guests rebook.
The huge private roof terrace has views across the roof tops to the sea and mountains. The terrace has a barbecue, shower, sun beds, pergola and tables and chairs. The apartments share an attractive swimming pool (with children's section) set amongst pretty communal lawns.
The tasteful lounge/diner leads on to the sunny balcony with retractable blind and pool views . There is satellite TV, videos and a CD player. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a contemporary shower room, a twin bedded room and a third bedroom with bunk beds. A safe, toy box, games, books, baby listener, travel cot and high chair are all provided.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
About 45 minutes drive from Palma, in the north of Mallorca lies the picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa. For those wishing to explore the island there is Palma's gothic cathedral and also the beautiful hillside towns of Valldemosa and Deia. Visit Soller and take the train through the orange groves or stop for lunch in a quaint Mallorcan village. There is so much to see!
Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area
The apartment is located in Bellresguard, in the Pine Walk area of Puerto Pollensa.
The lovely resort of Puerto Pollensa retains the charm and character of the small fishing village that it once was. There are no high rise buildings to spoil the sky line, just a wealth of pleasant bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a long sandy beach with a promenade leading to the centre of the resort. For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers. The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit.

How to get there
Many low cost airlines operate as well as British Airways and Lufthansa, BMI, Easyjet, Air Berlin, British Midland, Ryanair, Monarch are just a few.
We use carjet.com normally for car hire ( although check out their charges for petrol beflore you book as they normally charge between 35 and 50 euros for petrol on small cars but 75 euros on larger models - on stays of about 4 days or less, any unused petrol costs are recredited back to your credit card.

The deposit is 25% per week between April and October. The rest of the year it is £100 per week.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday . The apartment is rented on the understanding that it sleeps a maximum of 6.. If it is found that numbers exceed 6 the Management Company will ask the group to leave. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday between May and October (flexible outside these months).
