This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 5persons as there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is satellite TV, air conditioning in the lounge and fans in all rooms. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, washing machine etc.
The bathroom is new with full bath and other with cabin shower in suit. The wide patio doors open which overlooks the Hotel gardens.
The apartment has a private roof terrace with solarium and barbeque, as well as sea and mountains views.
The apartment is situated only 80 metres from the beautiful sandy beach.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Situated in the beautiful Bay of Pollensa and set against the stunning Tramuntana Mountains it remains a firm favourite amongst families and couples alike most of whom return year after year. The clean, child friendly sandy beaches, shallow blue sea and the friendly welcome of the locals leave a lasting impression on all who visit here.
What could be nicer after a hot, lazy day in the sun than to stroll along the sea front towards the famous Pine Walk with its tree-lined waterfront, enticing cafes and restaurants and maybe partake of a pre-dinner aperitif on one of the many terraces, or even dine there whilst watching the lsun go down.
Puerto Pollensa / Sandy Beach area
The area sandy beach Pollensa Park Hotel (biggest in puerto Pollensa) is popular with locals and holiday makers alike, being both quiet, close to the beach and Pto Pollensa town centre.
Only a short walk away from the apartment and you have plenty of entertainment as many restaurants provide live music throughout the summer months. You pass The Pollensa Park Hotel as you walk to the beach and here there are a host of activities.
The Hotel has excellent shows most evenings including flamenco.

Further details outdoors: On the first (top) floor directly over a souvenir shop in a small shopping parade and opposite the Hotel Pollensa Park. The entrance to the apartment is for a small street only for neighbours by SOL Y MAR restaurant.
