About the home

Modern and comfortable renovated duplex apartment 2011, a ground floor with new bathroom, modern and functional kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds and full wardrobe and modern dining room with new TV 32 LCD"and satelite, sofabed and balcony. The upper floor consists of a large bedroom with double bed of 35 square meters (air conditioning) with bathroom and modern shower and can enjoy a special reading area and TV and DVD with HOME CINEMA. It has full air conditioning on both floors to make you spend a comfortable winter and summer. Located in a quiet building this is apartment is on a second floor, no lift. Free open wifi. minutes walk to central square offering shops, bars,restaurants.

This is an ideal family apartment in a fantastic location. Everything you will need for your stay is close by - Beautiful sandy beaches, an excellent selection of restaurants & bars & lots of choice if you fancy shopping.

There is no need a car, however if you have, there is a free off road car park close by.
In the Pinewalk area overlooking street Pescador.

For customers who prefer the pool can be reached by any of the hotels that are about as well as restaurants and shows to delight visitors.

“Excellent apartment with great location” We had a great time at this apartment - we are a couple with a 3 1/2 year old. The living space is quite small but the downstairs twin bedroom is spacious with lot of wardrobe space and the upstairs has loads of space. Air con both upstairs and downstairs which was really effective during a 40 degree heatwave in Spain! We loved the modern en-suite shower-room in the master bedroom - upstairs there's also an annexe to the main bedroom with a sofa bed and DVD player which was handy. I used the washing machine a couple of times and it was useful having a safe to keep our cards and passports in. The owner is lovely - prompt at answering lots of queries before our holiday and her brother runs the car hire shop downstairs - he's happy to help and let us leave our luggage there on our last day. A view might have been nice but to be honest we were so near the beach and restaurants we weren't in the apartment much. Would recommend and hope to be back. If you need transport from the airport can recommend Zarza taxis.

“Fallen in Love with Puerto Pollensa” This apartment is located one street back from the stunning beach and marina area. The apartment itself had everything you could ask for - a balcony for a morning coffee or evening wine, well equipt kitchen for the nights you didnt want to go out to eat (not many). The only small let down was the WIFI from the owner's brother's shop downstairs was not powerful enough for our Iphones to get however we spent many afternoons in Cafe 1919 which provides WIFI so not the be all :) We scared ourselves to death on the scenic routes into the mountians (both wyas) but it was worth the views. Adore the area, just right for us to escape to with lovely locals and bars to keep us content. Really felt at home it was a shame we had to leave :(

“Excellent holiday, in a very good location.” The apartment is very well appointed and is conveniently situated for the town, shops etc. The Pine Walk and the beach are just a 1 minute walk.We had a wonderful holiday and would definately... more
