The apartment is in the 2nd floor of a small building, entering from Formentor street and situated in Pescador street building side. Restaurants and supermakets are very near. Also, owner has an office in the building, so you can contact him easily. The living area has TV LCD, DVD,MP3,A/CON, a long sofa bed which can be either 2 singles beds or 1 double. The bedroom has two beds and a fitted wardrobe and safe.The new open plan kitchen is fully equipped as is the bathroom. Very interesting for family with one or two small children. Air cond. in diningroom enough big for all the apartment. The perfect base for exploring Mallorca, holidays relax.
