The apartment is situated less than 100 meters from the beach and the famous 'Pine Walk'. There is also a shared swimming pool within the complex but as you are so close to some of the best beaches in Mallorca you will probably prefer to spend your time there.
With one double, one twin bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Leading from the living area is a spacious balcony with stunning views of the mountains, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Majorca and is surrounded by the spectacular Boquer mountains. This resort has wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. It is particularly popular with families as it offers a safe environment due to much of the resort being pedestrianised and the locals welcome children wherever you go.
Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the famous Pine Walk where the impressive views of the bay and the mountains can be enjoyed. The beaches on the Pine Walk enjoy the shade of the trees and provide the perfect spot for spending the day on the beach.
The attractive old town of Pollença with its narrow streets and ochre roof houses is only 3 miles away. It is a haven of Mallorcan traditions one of which is the mock battle (which takes place in August) between the Moors and Christians where the expulsion of the Moors is celebrated.
