Can Alegria is a wonderful stylish, spacious (200 sqm) and very well appointed detached villa located in an exclusive urbanisation, midway between Puerto de Pollenca with its sandy beaches, and the delightful old town of Pollenca itself, both of which offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants, tapas-bars and excellent art-galleries.
Surrounded by an attractive Mediterranean garden (3000 sqm) with 40 years old palmtrees, pond and a lovely new swimming-pool (8 x 4 m, floodlit) this tastefully furnished L-shaped property, which consists of a main-house (160 sqm, sleeps 4) and a tower (40 sqm, sleeps 2-3, separate entrance) is ideally suited to a group of friends holidaying together or a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
Open all year, also winter-rental (central-heating). Max. occupation of the villa is 7 persons (children elder than 2 years included) A car is recommended. Private rental direct with the owner (no agency).
Please note: Rental during May - October is weekly from Saturday 3.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am. Different arrangements during November - April (5 days, 8 days, 9 days, 11 days etc.) can be made, please enquire.
Early booking is highly recommended.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Situated in the North of Majorca, Pollenca including its Port, Formentor and Cala San Vicente is one of the most beautiful and attractive places in Majorca. The magnificent mountains and bay offer a charming and wonderful setting.
