The apartment is in a small, quiet, residential apartment block on the outskirts of the port, less than ten minutes walk from the closest bar, restaurants and mini-market. A further 20 minutes walk past plenty of bars and restaurants finds you at the port with it's sandy beach, calm seas with excellent paddling, swimming, sailing and other water sports.
Set in lovely, regularly maintained gardens with sea and mountain views, the apartment is perfect for those looking for quieter evenings, away from the hustle and bustle, just a short walk or drive to the port .
Ideal for couples, friends and families, the apartment is just a few steps from the swimming pool.The large pool is divided into a shallow area which is great for young children and the deeper area is perfect for diving and more serious swimming. There are lovely, well kept gardens to enjoy the sun and natural environment.
The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms, one of which can sleep three comfortably, lounge, separate dining area, fitted kitchen and bathroom. There is a spacious balcony off the dining room.
Sun loungers and cool box are provided.
There is also off-road parking.
There are some steps down to the apartment block (approximately 10) and pool (approximately 7). Not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

The Balearic Islands region
Port de Pollenca lies in the north of Mallorca at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It is a spectacularly unspoilt area of the island, far from the madding crowds of the south, with a low-rise, almost old fashioned beauty and tranquillity.
There is a market every Wednesday.
This is a region of the island where you can enjoy genuine Mallorquin cuisine in a wide variety of bars and restaurants alongside international menus. You can enjoy very local wines and lamb.
Just a few kilometres away is the old town of Pollensa with its traditional market every Sunday, first class deli's and artisan shops. You can also choose from a wide variety of restaurants and cafe's for lunch and dinner.
This part of Mallorca is a favourite with cyclists and walkers.
If you don't have a car there are excellent bus services from the port, making neighbouring towns within easy reach.

"Pristine, stylishly homely, relaxing, well organised and just next to the pool - perfect."
