The apartment is very spacious throughout, all bedrooms are comfortable for 2 adults to share and there is plenty of space to relax inside or on the extensive balconies.

Very large roof terrace with teak furniture and sun loungers; ideal for sunbathing and evening entertaining. Stunning views of the sea and mountains. All furniture and fittings are to the highest standard.

Modern fully equipped kitchen with adults and children’s crockery and cutlery. Separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a baby cot but we do not provide bed linen for this. T

he large comfortable sitting/dining room has 2 balconies leading off from it and is equipped with satellite TV, CD and DVD/VHS players. There is an extensive range of books, CDs, DVDs, games and children’s toys for you to use.

The apartment is 100m from the best beach in the port and just over the road from a large apart-hotel complex with three pools.

The beach is large, sandy, with sunbeds for hire and all water sports. Great for kids as the gradient in the water is very shallow and safe. Also has the best beach bars in the resort.

Our English speaking cleaning service can help if you have difficulties whilst in resort. There is a private, covered parking space attached to the apartment but a car is not necessary once in resort. Main square and restaurants are 10 min walk.

If you're a larger group, friends own the adjacent apartment which is furnished to the same high standard. Please treat it as if it were your own apartment and have a great holiday.

"Lovely apartment in a quiet location"

The apartment is set in a quiet street a block from the beach. The roof terrace is the cherry on the cake.

There is a supermarket at the end of the road.

The nearby complex at villa concha has a friendly pool and bar area where they seem happy enough to accommodate non-residents if you buy a drink or two.

"I won't be going back"

We were one of the 1st rentals of the season yet had basic problems, such as a broken kettle, dishwasher never worked for the duration of the stay, multiple light bulbs blown, which all should have been identified and corrected before our stay.
We were without water for a 24 hour period and had no water in the bathroom on a separate occasion - while these problems were not under control of the owner the local contact did not push for a speedy resolution, which led to a very frustrating couple of days.

We have been renting this apartment for 5 years and we have had very few difficult guests. Unfortunately this guest was one of them. We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible experience and always respond quickly if you have any issue during your stay.
If a previous guest breaks something it is an inconvenience to the next visitor, but our local manager is very responsive. In this case she replaced the kettle immediately, got a plumber in to fix the dishwasher and replaced the bulbs (we have spare ones in the apartment). I sense that all would have been well if the water for the block hadn't gone off for 24 hours. This was out of anyone's control. We all had to wait for the locals to get the water back on. We offered to pay for a night in a local hotel during the water outage but this was declined.
The fact that he's still rated us with 3 stars speaks to the overall quality of the accommodation and location.
We're new to this site - we'll get some positive reviews up asap!
