Circe 2N is a privately owned, fully air conditioned apartment + roof terrace at the edge of the Bellresguard complex. It was the last phase of the development to be completed, in 2003 and enjoys stunning views over the Bosquet de Boquer to the mountains beyond.
The beach and the pine walk are just a few minutes walk away and Tony’s supermarket and café is just around the corner. You will be able to buy all your groceries and wine here as well as sun block, beach toys etc, or sit down and enjoy a coffee or cool drink and a snack. There is also free wi-fi ; just ask Tony for the password.
Parking is freely available on the road outside the apartment, even in the height of the season.
The pine walk boasts a variety of restaurants, all within easy walking distance and of course with gorgeous views of the sea. The roof terrace is accessed via a separate staircase and has its own lockable door. There is a shower up here which is great to shower off sand from the beach before going into the apartment. There is also a barbeque up here, sunloungers and table and chairs. It really is a lovely spot to enjoy the evening and take in views over the mountains and the sea.
Puerto Pollensa is such a lovely resort, perfect for a family holiday. You should find everything you need within walking distance and so a car is not necessary. However there are so many beautiful and interesting places to explore if you want to hire a car and go further afield. My family and I have been enjoying holidays at our apartment in Puerto Pollensa since 2003 when my youngest child was just three years old! She is now 12 and my eldest is 16 and the resort has been perfect for them at all these ages and they still love spending time there. The open plan lounge/dining room has a large picture window at one end which overlooks the swimming pool, ideal for keeping an eye on younger ones in the pool if you are up in the apartment. To the other end of this room is a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. There is a TV and DVD player and a small selection of DVD’s and books for guests to borrow. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for your self catering holiday, including a dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room with sink and washing machine. A floor brush, bucket and mop, iron and ironing board can be found in here. You will also find a selection of buckets and spades etc which previous guests have kindly left for others to enjoy. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes with hangers and a safe in the wardrobe of the master bedroom to store your important documents and valuables during your stay.

There is ample free parking right outside the apartment - as well as an underground private parking bay.

They maintain and clean the apartment and are your first point of contact during your stay should you encounter any problems or need to make enquiries or bookings. • The apartment is on the second floor and as there is no lift it may not be suitable for families with small children and buggies to negotiate.
• To avoid ant infestation, please regularly take rubbish from the apartment to the wheelie bins located at the bottom of the road
• Make sure the apartment and roof terrace doors are double locked whenever you leave the apartment.
• Ensure the air-conditioning and lights are turned off when the apartment is empty and for your own security, please keep windows and doors locked when you leave the apartment.
• Keep the keys with you at all times. If you lock yourself out when the offices of Ideal Services are closed, you will be unable to get a spare set of keys and will be liable for any costs this may incur.
• Beach towels are NOT provided and all bathing towels must remain in the apartment.
• Should any item be broken (accidents do happen!) please replace. If you are unable to do so, please inform me so that I can deduct the cost of replacement from the security deposit. Any major breakages should be reported to me or Ideal Services immediately.
• The apartment will be cleaned before and after your arrival, and for those guests staying for 2 weeks or more, the apartment is cleaned once a week. On departure, all rubbish must be removed from the apartment by the guests and all dirty crockery washed. If the cleaners take longer than expected to prepare the apartment for the next guests, a charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

Puerto Pollensa enjoys warm weather - almost guaranteed - between April and October. My family and I have also enjoyed good weather as late as November and as early as Feb !
If you want to travel out further afield, the mountains provide a fantastic trip through to the historic coastal town of Soller. This can also be reached via a fascinating train journey from Palma.

Within 10 mins of the apartment, by car, you have a good range of fanatstic beaches and deserted coves. Please ask for more details - happy to provide.There's also further info in the apartment. Approx 5kms away is the historic town of Pollensa which has a bustling weekly market, medieval town square and many other places of historic interest.
