The apartment has been decorated (2008)to a high standard, and you can enjoy with a TV with DVD, HOME CINEMA,MP3, SATELLITE TV. Situated in a quiet block behind Paseo Saralegui, only 100 metres from the main promenade beach of Puerto Pollensa. The centre (square, church...) is only 10 minutes walking and the shops and supermarkets just 100 metres. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), spacious kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave...) and utility room with washing machine,safe. It has a bright living-room leading to the big balcony (12 metres) with mountain views and with al fresco dining. There is easyn parking for the cars. Also, you can contact the owner at any time.
