Spacious apartment 2nd floor with AIR COND. (dining room), and heated in all the bedrooms, bathroom and diningroom. Fully equipped and very tastefully furnished. Parquet floor.
The apartment has been decorated (2010)to a high standard, and you can enjoy with a TV 32" with DVD, HOME CINEMA,MP3, SATELLITE TV.
Situated in a quiet block behind Paseo Saralegui, only 80 metres from the main promenade beach of Puerto Pollensa. The centre (square, church...) is only 5 minutes walking and the shops and supermarkets (fresh fruits and vegetables... just 100 metres. . The beautiful pine walk is only a few minute walk. 1 minute from NEW NATURAL PARK special for BIRDWACHERS.You can find restaurants,shops and a supermarket just around the corner.
Popular apartment central location, spectacular "La Gola" garden park.
There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), spacious kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave...) and utility room with washing machine,safe.
It has a bright living-room leading to the big balcony (12 metres) with mountain views and with al fresco dining.
Also, you can contact the owner at any time.
We have also in the same street(only 20metros distance) a small apartment with pool.
