Apartment features marble floors, air conditioning and video entry. For your convenience and enjoyment we also provide satellite TV, DVD and CD players with a selection of films and music, ice maker, electric safe, bath robes and beach towels.
The property comprises a large lounge leading onto a spacious balcony suitable for sunbathing or outdoor dining. A large, well equipped kitchen also leads to the balcony. All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, secondary double glazing and window shutters. As well as a family bathroom, the master bedroom has an en-suite.

A large balcony furnished with two sun loungers, two whicker bucket chairs with coffee table and a large table with 6 chairs, makes it perfect for family evening meals. The balcony overlooks the pool and solarium which is extensive and exclusive to residents. Six reserved sun loungers are provided for use within this area along with a further selection of relaxing armchairs, sofas and tables. A covered pergola provides relief from the mid-day heat and an array of colourful potted plants complete this regularly maintained area. The large pool is split into a shallow, shaded section suitable for children and a longer, deeper end for more able swimmers.

An information pack is sent out 4 weeks before your departure with all the information you will need for your stay.
A representative from our management company is contactable 24 hours a day in case of emergency. Their office in Puerto Pollensa is open Monday to Friday and guests are more than welcome to go to the office if you have queries. Their contact information is in the information pack you will receive.

Conditions
25% deposit required as well as a £150 refundable deposit on making a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.

The resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything to offer, wonderful scenery, beautiful beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. Puerto Pollensa is a favourite with both families and couples and many come back year after year.
The Puerto Pollensa area
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm evenings families and couples wander up and down the marina and sit in one of the many pavement cafes and watch the world go by.
The apartment is in easy reach of the old town of Pollensa, about 4km away, and with its Roman Bridge and 365 step Calvery, it is also a great base for keen walkers and cyclists. The market comes to Puerto Pollensa every wednesday and sells excellent local produce as well as those favourite holiday trinkets to take home with you.

"Stayed in Cala Ventura in September 2010 and cannot fault the apartment. It was perfectly located for us, a couple of minutes from the beach and all the wonderful restaurants Puerto Pollensa has to offer. The apartment is just off the town square and the large balcony is ideal for dining or just sitting enjoying a drink, watching and listening to the hustle and bustle of the Town Square and breathing in all the wonderful aromas coming from the various restaurants. The weekly market also sets up literally outside the door and all around the square. We always stay in private apartments and it's the extra little touches that make this apartment special and welcoming e.g. supplying beach towels, fluffy bath robes, steamer loungers on balcony etc. A recurring comment on our holiday was "life doesn't get much better than this" and this apartment contributed greatly to us coming to that conclusion. We hope to return again next year."
