The apartment is situated in the Gommar area, about 3 mins(by car)to the main port and square.It is also situated to be within easy reach of the old town of Pollenca, which has the famous steps and traditional markets,and Cala san vincente-one of mallorca's most stunning bay's.Puerto Pollenca is very well known for it's beautiful beaches which are very child friendly.
There are bars, restaurants and a mini market for convenience local to the apartment.The Rosa Blanca bar and restaurant allows usage of swimming pool providing you purchase a drink, which is 2 mins walk from apartment.

Puerto Pollensa / Gommar area
At the northern end of the Badia de pollenca, a promontory curls elegantly along Pollenca harbour as if laying a protective arm around the little fishing town.Behind it there is the Cap de Formentor; below it the slopes of the Tramuntana begin.Puerto Pollenca has managed to keep it's beautiful beaches clean and within character of almost paradise, despite tourism.You can stroll along the Pinewalk and take in the breathtaking views , or sit in one of it's many fine restaurants and cafe's watching the world go by. Puerto pollenca has a weekly market that operates on wednesday that offers everything from traditional food, Spanish lace, gifts of all kinds and delicous fruit and veg. The beaches are very child friendly and quiet spots can be found even in the height of season. Sit in the square and feel like a local to enjoy watching the children play and enjoying local food and drink. There is a great bus service that takes to you all the places inc palma, Siller, Deia, Cala san vincente,Formentor and the more lively Town of Alcudia. Visit the old town of pollenca and climb the spanish steps or sit amongst the locals and drink fine local produce.visit the wonderful market that runs on a sunday. The locals are extremely friendly as they frequently being re-visited by many of their clientele.
How to get there
First choice flights, Thomson flights, Bmibaby flights, Easy jet, British airways have great deals during season. once there; Car hire- Easycar, Europcar, Centauro, Record. It is recommended to book car prior to holiday to ensure availability and cheaper prices. A taxi service is available from the airport which costs app 60 euros-42 pounds sterling. There is also company called resort hoppa that will take you door to door and costs app 20 euros per person return. It can be booked on-line- resorthoppa.com, tel number 08706091098 or spanish number 0034 971 436911. If you are arriving after 6am and before 8pm you could take the local bus to Palma and then onto Puerto Pollenca which costs approx 4-5 euros.You would have to check the times as the they vary depending on time of year.

Further details indoors: The apartment is set within a spanish style building, each consisting of six apartments.There are large windows that fully open to give a bright and airy feel, giving maximum benefit to view the mountains. It is situated at raised ground level. There is lots of storage for clothes in both bedrooms and the apartment boasts a fully functional, well equipped kitchen.The washing machine will be found on the Balcony. There is a large selection of up to date DVD's .There is also a collection of CD's.
Further details outdoors: Each building has a spanish feel and consists of six apartments.The gardens are very well cared for and give the apartment a very tranquil and private feel. There are parking facilities and also has bike lock stands near the main entrance.

Conditions
A holding deposit is required on booking your dates. 25% of your rental is also required six weeks prior to departure. Smoking to be permitted on the balcony only(Thank you)
