Lovely newbulit villa in Siller,Puerto Pollensa just a short walk to the center and beach.This villa consists of three double bedrooms,one bedroom has a double bed and the other two have two singlebeds in each, two bathrooms ( one en suit)Total sleeps six people.A fully equipped kitchen.Nice lounge/diner that opens up to a big covered terrace that surrounds the villa,eatingspace outside and ping pong table.Garden and grass areas by the pool with sunbeds.

To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property.

Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge.

Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques.
As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.

Cancellation charges:
If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The minimum rental period is one week.

The property is booked from 15.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The island of Mallorca (Majorca) off the east coast of Spain is the largest in the Balearic Island group, which collectively form one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world, and certainly in the Mediterranean. Mallorca took off as a tourist Mecca in the 1960s, when a development boom spawned the building of hundreds of high-rise hotels, apartment blocks and shopping centres which now line most of the island's coast. The capital, Palma, however still retains some of its historical flavour sporting grand mansions and a magnificent Gothic cathedral in its bustling centre. The northwest coast, too, still offers some secluded coves below the peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, and several quaint old towns and villages.

If you visit Mallorca for the sun and fun, it is worth taking a break from the beach resorts and heading off for a tour of the island by car, or even bicycle, to discover the romantic fishing villages, historic monasteries, monuments& museums

The Puerto Pollensa / Siller area

Like everything else in Puerto Pollensa, the scene after dark remains laid-back and quiet, visitors and locals alike taking time for the traditional 'paseo' or stroll from the marina along the Pine Walk, as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel. After lingering over a delicious dinner most are content to watch the world go by from a pavement café.The old town and resort experience plenty of festivals, however, when things get lively, like on January 16 when bonfires are lit in honour of St Anthony, and in July when the patron saint is honoured with parades, concerts and plenty of dancing in the streets. In February an annual carnival is held, and during the second week of November celebrations centre on the annual trade fair.

Puerto Pollensa offers all the usual watersports enjoyed by holidaymakers, with facilities and equipment available from various operators at the marina and along the beach. Glass bottom boat trips are available from the port. There are also opportunities for hiking along walking trails in the surrounding hills and scenic mountains. Sightseeing in the port itself and the neighbouring old town, particularly on foot, is an interesting option. Excursions to the lighthouse at Cap Formentor, along a hair-raising but beautiful drive, are popular, also trips to other places of interest on Mallorca. On the outskirts of the adjacent resort of Cala San Vicente there are ancient burial caves. The island is small, and no matter where you start from on Mallorca no destination is more than 75 miles (120km) away. Generally, though, most visitors come to Puerto Pollensa purely for relaxation on the magnificent beaches.
