Scenically full of contrasts, Northern Mallorca is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of this Balearic Island. Pollensa, including Port de Pollenca, Formentor and Cala Sant Vicenç, is one of the most beautiful and attractive places for family self-catering holidays.
The magnificent mountains and bay offer a charming and wonderful setting full of contrasts: steep mountains and deep lovely green valleys ending in lonely bays with crystalline water.
The Puerto Pollensa / Puerto Pollensa Marina area
The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Majorca. It's lovely setting and old world charm makes it a favourite amongst holidaymakers. Life revolves around it's fabulous sandy beaches, the harbour and the open-air cafés. It is particularly popular amongst families as much of the resort is pedestrianised and, of course, the locals welcome children wherever you go.
Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder Puerto Pollensa remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again.
With it's beautiful old properties and under the shade of the trees, Pine Walk leads you into the heart of Puerto Pollensa in only ten minutes. Along the way you'll find several restaurants and bars where you can stop to admire the impressive views of the bay and the mountains. There are lots of beaches along Pine Walk that enjoy the shade of the trees and provide the perfect spot for spending the day on the beach.
The picturesque main square has many local restaurants and shops, yet is only a couple of minutes stroll to the beach, marina and all the attractions in Puerto Pollensa.

Loved the location, right in the center of PP with all the restaurants on the doorstep, yet just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We found the owners very aproachable and accomodating. |

The appartment was very spacious, clean and airy and in a very central location with everything to hand. Even though it was in the centre of town the appartment it was not noisy and the swimming pool was very quiet. the parking space in the underground carpark was a real bonus as was the lift with carrying beach and shopping stuff etc! |

Parked the car easily under the apartment ,took the lift to the front door. The Property was better than we expected. Very modern and well furnished. Big rooms and plenty of storage space. Bathrooms brilliant. We stepped outside with hungary children and found hundreds of family friendly restaurants and bars either in the plaza or along the beach, Pine walk. Perfect. 5 minutes walk to the marina and beach and plenty of sun chairs to hire. Lots to do. we spent most of the week sitting on the beach or swimming in the sea but activities I would recommend are Hobie Cat sailing, hire a motor boat and explore the coastline and walking around the beautiful town. We loved it so much we have already booked the same place for next year. |

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. It’s well equipped with everything we need for a family holiday. The location was great, looking forward to returning next summer.

Just wanted to drop a quick email to thank you for the great holiday we had last week. The apartment was wonderful. Puerto Pollensa was a revelation and we will certainly go again. There are a few places I need to go back and visit.

The apartment was superb and had everything we required for our stay – it was also ideally located – we have never stayed so close to the centre before, but it was surprisingly quiet, even on market day!

- Payment by credit card can be made into our Pay Pal account, please let us know if you'd like to do this. There is a fee of 3.5%. For deposits we will absorb it, but the balance will incur this extra charge.
- Prices include air-conditioning/heating, weekly clean and change of bed linen/towels and a welcome pack.
- Occupation is from 15.00 on day of arrival to 10.00 on day of departure.
- A deposit of 25% of the full amount is payable on booking, and the balance is due at least eight weeks before departure.
- Please confirm with us that the dates are available, and then we will send you a booking form.
- A £100.00 security deposit will be taken against unreasonable breakages and excessive cleaning.
- Cots, highchairs and pushchairs can be hired in at an extra cost.
