This is a lovely family villa with four bedrooms. The villa is just a few minutes walk to the beach and with restaurants, bars and supermarkets even closer the villa has a prime position in one of Puerto Pollensa's most exclusive areas, Gotmar.
With lovely views of the Boquer mountains. In the gardens the pool with sun-terraces is surrounded by lawned areas which are the ideal place for children to play. A large interior patio leads from the house to the pool and makes a lovely place for relaxing as well as a very confortable dining area.
The interior of the villa is airy and spacious with white walls, tiled floors and large windows with shutters. Off the large entrance hall a dining room and lounge, with satellite television and a dvd player and a cd stereo, leads out into the interior patio. The villa includes a master bedroom, en suite, with a cosy lounge area with view and acces to the garden and pool.
This Villa is a fantastic house for families, couples, or groups of friends who want to be in easy walking distance of the resort of Puerto Pollensa.

The Puerto Pollensa / Gommar area

The nearby town of Pollensa is steeped in character and history and holds yearly the international music festival where some of the worlds most famous artists have performed. Its quaint cobbled streets and terraced bars and restaurants offer the visitor the ideal excuse to stop and watch the world go by whilst enjoying some of the local culinary delights on offer, which are many and varied.
The Port of Pollensa holds its own summer festival running from the middle to the end of July offering a wide variety of exhibitions, sporting events and concerts, all brought to an end with a fantastic firework display.
