About the home

A modern apartment furnished to a very high standard offering maximum comfort to its guests. A large & spacious apartment with parquet flooring throughout. The lounge area has Satelite T.V, DVD & a CD player, the large sofa with chaiselong. An ample dining area offers seating for six persons. The modern kitchen is extreemly well equipped. The double bedroom has double wardrobes & an en-suite marbled bathroom, consisting of shower cubicle, washbasin & wc. The twin bedroom also has double wardrobes. The second bathroom, also marbled, houses a bath/shower, washbasin & wc. The apartment is fully air conditioned with central heating. The large decked terrace with teak furniture & sunbeds is an excellent place for relaxing, has access via the kitchen, lounge & twin room. The private garden has a gate to access the private parking area. We also offer a communal swimming pool with sunbeds

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Pollensa is a beautiful combination of culture, history, countryside and mountains. It is an ideal place for those who enjoy nature and sports including biking, golf, mountain climbing and hillwalking, as well as a multitude of aquatic sports in the nearby Puerto Pollensa only 1km away. The town is also a venue for an important music festival and art exhibitions.
Mallorca's character is shaped, above all, by it's climate. The people of the Mediterranean know how to take life slowly - They still have time to sit in the shade and chat, to take siestas rather than rushing back to work, to enjoy the outdoors whether it is the mountain or the sea.The warm climate has long attracted outsiders, whose influence can still be felt; Romans, Arabs and Europeans have all left their mark on Mallorca's landscape and culture. But what have not changed are the enduring values of the island people, courteous, proud and self-sufficient..

The Puerto Pollensa / Siller area

This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Traumuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. Also an ideal area for walkers & keen birdwatchers, just on the doorstep are many marked walks & the popular Boquer Valley. It is also a good base for Cyclists.

“A wonderful home to stay in!” Apartment Siller is absolutely wonderful with everything you could possibly need for a thoroughly enjoyable time. The apartment is spacious and modern with all the mod cons you could require. The extra personal touches such as mosquito repellent plug- ins in every room and a comprehensive welcome pack made our holiday extra special. we loved the outside garden area and spent many happy evenings soaking up the last rays of mallorcan sun. Ideally situated for easy reach of the beach and town and perfectly placed for longer car journeys to any destination on the island. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone, either couples or families and we are planning to return again next year with our two young children as it is such a family friendly apartment and resort. Thank you Clare for some lovely memories.

“If you want luxury this is the apartment for you” Beautiful apartment, were the owners have thought of absolutely everything. Although a little on the pricey side, it was worth the extra to stay in such fabulous surroundings. We had the pool to ourselves on the occasions we used it. It sometimes felt like a trek into Pollensa each night as it was so hot, but then the advatage of this, was that the apartment was set in a lovely, quiet peaceful area with no noise disturbances whatsoever. Response: We thank you so much for taking time out to comment on our property and we do value all comments/critisisms with a positive outlook. Although slightly more pricey than other sililar accommodation we regulary revise our prices and feel that in terms of quality/price our guests recieve value for money. Some people may find the short walk in to town in the heat a little tiring but for those who wish to use the option a local taxi is easy and cheap as the fare ride only has a minimal charge being within the resorts limits. Thank you again for choosing our holiday home.
