About the home

This lovely , ground floor,apartment is located in the beautiful town of Puerto Pollensa. The property is situated in a charming complex with a delightful garden and swimming pool. The garden is spotted with palm trees and the swimming pool has an enclosed shallow area suitable for children. The apartment itself has a superb balcony that looks out onto these two wonderful feature so you can enjoy nice evenings outdoors.
Within the property there are 3 delightful double bedrooms and 2 fully equipped modern bathrooms, which is ideal for a group of adults or a large family. The accommodation is nicely presented with neutral interiors and comfortable furnishings. The property and surroundings are maintained to a high standard and as a result it is an ideal location for a relaxed vacation.

The apartment has plenty of outdoor furniture including two sun loungers and four beach chairs so during the day you can soak up the sun in comfort.

Change over day is Saturday to Saturday but this can be flexible in low season. Check in time is 16:00pm and departure time 11:00am, this is to allow for cleaning and changeovers.

If you require a linen and towel change during your stay, an extra charge of £50 will be added. please state if you require this service.

High chair & cot available on request, 5 euros per day.

Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking.

Found off the South coast of Spain Majorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands: in actual fact the name comes from the Latin for "larger Island".
The landscape of Majorca is diverse. Majorca boasts beautiful coastlines with sandy beaches and warm Mediterranean waters; this scenery is offset by the mountainous inland landscapes that play host to roving plains and breathtaking mountains.
The history of the island dates back thousands of years and there is evidence of prehistoric inhabitation. Later the island, like most of Europe, was subject to Roman occupation during which time the cultivation of salt mines helped the development of the island.
After the delightful scenery the most appealing aspect of Majorca is the climate! With the temperatures in January sometimes reaching 14º C, and ranging from the mid to late 20's in the summer holidaymakers can enjoy the wonderful location all the year round.

The apartment is only 100 metres from the beautiful sandy BEACH with safe
swimming. The local Supermarket, close to the Bus Stop, caters for immediate needs and many other Shops and Restaurants are within thirty minutes leisurely walk along the Promenade & towards the famous Pine Walk.

Car Parking is FREE(!) Activities include the Sailing Club, which gives professional tuition, the International Yacht Marina, where children enjoy Fishing and, at night, there is plenty of Street Entertainment. Other places to visit are Pollensa old town, with its Markets and Restaurants and Alcudia, with, among other attractions, the Ferry to Barcelona
