This charming, quaint 3 bedroom villa is located in the peaceful area of El Vila, offering delightful terraced grounds with the pool area surrounded by a lawned area and palm trees. Set into the side of a hill it enjoys a privileged and secluded position with fantastic views to the mountains.
Comfortably furnished and set on several levels there are 10 external stone steps leading to the ground floor. A living/dining room with French doors and kitchen. There is 1 twin bedroom with French doors, bathroom and seperate WC.
The first floor offers a gallery TV room, 1 double bedroom with French doors and en suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is a twin and is situated in the annex, accessed by 4 external stone steps.
This delightful villa has a woodburner, satelite TV, Laundry room with washing machine and also BBQ facilities.
