About the home
With its three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms offers a comfortable accommodation for a maximum 6 people. Inside, it is of a modern style, totally equipped and furnished with top quality furniture and offers air conditioning thorough the apartment. There is a bright large living area with a lounge-diner and an open plan kitchen. From the living room, large sliding glass doors open onto a lovely covered terrace which has lovely views over the beach and is furnished with a dining table, chairs and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco meals.
The kitchen has an american bar and is totally equipped with all modern appliance including a dishwasher and a microwave.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom with double bed and the third one has a trundle bed. These two bedrooms are sharing the second shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds.
An exterior staircase situated at the rear of the building leads up to a private roof terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic views over the bay of Puerto de Pollensa. Alternative you can get access to the roof terrace using the lift.

The Puerto Pollensa / Sandy Beach area
This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again.
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.

Booked this on line and wanted the perfect apartment overlooking the beach at Puerto Pollensa - well it certainly lived up to the description - modern, bright, clean and with the most fantastic view - especially in the morning watching the sun rise!! Will definitely return again - I think we were one of the first people to rent so everything perfect and in place. If I had one slight issue it would be that there should be a cleaning service - everything so white - constantly having to clean and sweep!! But it was worth it. |
