There is a huge roof terrace that spans the whole size of the apartment. From here you have views over the Mediterranean sea or the fabulous 'Sierra Tramuntana' mountain range !!! The roof terrace is fitted with a high quality BBQ that has marble work tops, drinks refrigerator, table and chairs, a chill out area with sofa, chairs and sun loungers which can be covered by a retractable roof canopy. This outside area can be used to provide dining 'al fresco' or relaxing in the evenings watching the sun set over the marina and the 'Bahia de Pollensa'.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Majorca is going to exceed all your expectations. A beautiful Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea, blessed with temperatures in the mid to high 20’s during the summer months. Its main attraction is its diverse landscapes of mountains and golden beaches coupled with great food and a fantastic Mediterranean vibe.
From the underground lakes and caves of Cuevas del Drach to the nightlife of Palma the capital, there is something for everyone. Mallorca is also the hotspot for many celebrities from the Spanish royal family to its very own Rafael Nadal (world no.1 tennis player) proving that this island really is a desirable place to holiday and live.
The Puerto Pollensa / Sandy Beach area
Originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. The resort of Puerto Pollensa is arguably Mallorca's finest.
Despite its success, Puerto Pollensa has managed to retain both its charm and a somewhat understated character as well as its rather exclusive feel.
The northern most spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollenca, only 5 minutes away by car. The town has a medieval historic quarter and sits in the shadow of the Puig de Maria and Calvari. It has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach.
Pollenca has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chic restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas amongst which the most famous are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The town is open all year round with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers taking over from the summer tourists in the cooler months. There is a wide choice of fantastic restaurants to suit all tastes and an amazing Sunday market.
The sleepy village of Cala San Vicente is also a 5 min drive/4 miles away and boasts some of the prettiest coves and stunning bays in the area. An excellent place for snorkelling.
The old town of Alcudia and the port of Alcudia are approximately 15 mins away..
