About the home

This air conditioned spacious 4 bedroomed villa is spread over three floors and positioned within the Bellresgaurd complex, set within beautiful gardens positioned just to the rear of the Hotel Illa D'or within 150 metres of the beach and famous pinewalk.

This villa has private gardens overlooking the communal and children's pool, with the garden and furnished terrace enjoying full sun until late in the evening. The villa is idea for families looking for a relaxing holiday with an ideal location for just about everyone with easy access to the local bars and restaurants.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
A comfortable lounge dinner with UK TV channels, DVD player together with a selection of DVDs, wifi internet access for those who cannot leave work at home. PSP2 for our younger guests.

A fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher with separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge to keep the drinks cool.

The villa has the benefit of a water softening system and within the kitchen is an Osmosis water filtration system for drinking and cooking water.

Further details outdoors:
In the garden area are sun loungers and sun chairs whilst on the shade on the terrace from the afternoon sun allows the use the dining area or the large sofa.

The patio adjacent to the master bedroom has the benefit of a sofa and sun lounger for those quite moments, with the patio accessed from bedroom two having sun chairs.

Further details

A 25% deposit is required upon booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to the holiday. A refundable security deposit of £200-00 is required on all bookings.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Lovely scenery and beautiful beaches, quite pretty villages and a sparkling capital city with a floodlit castle and Gothic cathedral. There is something for everyone in Mallorca.

The Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area area

The appealing resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Mallorca amidst beautiful scenery with the town taking its name from the sheltered bay. Although it has facilities of every kind, the resort retains life around the harbour, fishing boats and pleasure crafts.

A wide selection of open air cafes, bars and restaurants provide a peaceful setting for a leisurely evening stroll. The 'old' town is a short drive away with its churches, medieval buildings, winding streets and of course restaurants and bars.

Most low cost airlines like BMI Baby, Ryanair, Easy Jet, Monarch, Air Berlin fly into Palma de Mallorca airport.

Ferry crossings from depart from Barcelona to either Palma or Alcudia.

Car hire is available locally or from Palma de Mallorca airport and takes around 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic, we use a search engine company named drivespain.

By Taxi from the airport takes approximately 45 minutes to one hour and a typical cost would be in the region of 80 Euros. If required, we can supply the telephone number of a local, friendly English speaking taxi company, to help with directions and the return journey.
