About the home

If you are looking for a high standard executive villa then you have found it. Our villa has been created with care and attention to detail giving you a luxurious break away whilst catering for all your practical needs. Each room is air-conditioned with marble floors to the lower floor and tiled floors to the upper floor, upper balcony and large sumptuous covered terrace leading to the private swimming pool.

Enjoy the wonderfully spacious open plan living area with WiFi, satellite plasma TVs, games station, CD player and DVD player with Patio doors opening onto the large covered terrace. Sit back and relax by the pool taking in the beautiful gardens with orange, lemon, olive and palm trees.

The two master en-suite bedrooms have views to the mountains and Patio doors leading onto the upper balcony. Our villa has 2 double bedrooms with en suite and 3 twin bedrooms with en suite facility and sleeps up to 8/10 people.

Spacious entrance hall leading to a large living room with WiFi, satellite TV, games station, CD player, DVD player and Patio doors leading onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool, there is a large sofa and occasional chairs to seat all guests. The open dining area seating 8 with Patio doors also leads onto the terrace with a further dining table for outdoor dining.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units, granite work surfaces and equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, large Neff oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the utensils you need including the corkscrew!
To the side there is a dining area with a breakfast table with 4 chairs.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a king size bed and a fully tiled en suite bathroom including a separate walk in shower. The Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace over looking the pool

To the rear of the villa is a large open and covered terrace seating 10, looking out onto the swimming pool 10m x 4m and well maintained gardens. The pool can be heated if required at an additional £150 per week. There is all the poolside furniture you will need to relax, with 10 sunloungers. Next to the pool is a hot water shower and toilet. There is garaging for 2 cars.

Puerto Pollensa offers lots of activities and entertainment along the coast with lots of beaches, restaurants, bars and nightlife. If you're looking for a more laid back Majorcan holiday, off the beaten track there is much to explore, beautiful old farmhouses or fincas set in unspoiled countryside with pine trees, almond groves, citrus groves and the white-washed villages offer a glimpse of an almost untouched way of life.

The mountains of the northwest are stunning and there is a terrific drive from Puerto Pollensa to Formentor offering stunning views where the craggy cliffs fall shear in the sea.
