About the home
Our spacious apartment is attractively furnished and has hot/cold air conditioning, making it suitable all year round. The lounge/dining area has a sofa and double sofa bed, TV, music centre. dining table and chairs. A large picture window leads to a spacious balcony with table and chairs and makes a lovely setting to relax over breakfast or an evening glass of wine with a book. There is also a large outdoor swimming pool ideal for those lazy days when you just want to relax close to the apartment.
Both twin-bedrooms have large mirrored wardrobes and plenty of hanging/storage space. The bathroom has a fully fitted shower, wash basin, toilet and washing machine saving you lots of time and money at the laundrette. With baggage prices rising, you can also take less clothes!
As this is our family apartment the modern fitted kitchen includes a newly installed electric oven and hob, a new family size fridge/freezer large enough to store food to cook for a week, kettle, toaster and microwave. Basically everything you need to live as do at hoe should you wish.
A small but well equipped supermarket and hairdressing salon are located on the ground floor
This apartment is ideal for couples and families alike and guests return year after year due to its exclusive location yet cost effectiveness as a key driver.
The quaint town centre with its many high quality yet affordable restaurants is a delightful ten minute stroll along the exclusive Pine Walk. And for that special occasion, there are also plenty of restaurants to rival the worlds best and even the King of Spain's favourite fish restaurant!

Our apartment has 2 single beds in each of the 2 bedrooms and a double sofa/bed in the lounge ao will sleep up to 6 should you wish.
it will sleep 6 but we feel it is ideal for 2 couples with children rather than 6 adults with it having one bathroom.

There is a large balcony with table and chairs which seats 4 but there are 2 spare chairs which can also be used should you wish.
To the rear of the apartment block there is a large attractive swimming pool with sunbathing areas.
From the apartment you can see the sea alongside the executive apartments infront as it is literally a stones throw away. However i would like to be honest and to call it a sea view would not be right.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The spectacular Sierra de Tramuntana mountains and picturesque fishing villages tjust waiting to be explored. Gothic cathedrals in cosmopolitan Palma and rural scenes of orange and olive groves. Stylish ports with fabulous shopping, excellent restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and lots golf should you wish, That’s Majorca!
There really is something for everyone in Majorca – from families with young children to couples seeking quiet relaxation.
If you're looking for a more laid back Majorcan holiday, off the beaten track there is much to explore, beautiful old farmhouses or fincas set in unspoiled countryside with pine trees, almond groves, citrus groves and the white-washed villages offer a glimpse of an almost untouched way of life. Enjoy a holiday to Majorca at any time of year.
No holiday to Majorca would be complete without a visit to Palma (45mins away). Palma is a chic cosmopolitan city home to some stunning architecture including the Gothic Cathedral. Medieval Alcudia (10 mins away) has fortified walls and ancient churches. The Monastery at Valldemossa has incredible frescoes and the Caves at Drach offer immense caverns and submerged lakes.
The mountains of the northwest near Puerto-pollensa are awesome not to mention Deia (a celebrity haunt) and and the old fishing village of Port Andratx which is now a yachtie haven complete with trendy restaurants and stylish hotels.
Boasting over 20 blue flag beaches, there really is something for all the family and with nowhere being more than 2 hours drive. Puerto-pollensa makes the ideal base to explore this enchanting island.
The Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area area
The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Majorca. It's lovely setting and old world charm makes it a favourite amongst holiday makers. Life revolves around it's fabulous sandy beaches, the harbour and the open-air cafés. It is particularly popular amongst families as much of the resort is pedestrianised and, of course, the locals welcome children wherever you go.
Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range.
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel which is next door to Bonanca 1b.
With it's beautiful old properties and under the shade of the trees, Pine Walk leads you into the heart of Puerto Pollensa in only ten minutes. Along the way you'll find several restaurants and bars where you can stop to admire the impressive views of the bay.
For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers.
The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit.
No wonder Puerto Pollensa remains a favourite with families and couples who return on holiday time and time again.

Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK & European airports.
The flight to Mallorca from the UK is usually around 2 hours to Palma (PMI).
We can recommend car hire for you straight to your holiday destination, please ask when enquiring. If you do hire a car we will supply you with a map & directions. The trip by car from Palma is straightforward, avoiding the City itself and takes around 35 minutes
Resort hoppa also provides cheap transfer to the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We stayed for over 2 weeks with 3 young children (6,4,1). The apartment was a home from home, well equipped with a lovely large balcony. The small additions provided for us (travel cot and high chair) helped make our holiday that bit easier.
The apartment was very well cleaned and it was great to have a contact near by just in case we needed anything.
The apartment block has direct access to a lovely swimming pool (although not owned by the building you could use for the price of a drink!) and was a stones throw from the beach and Pine Walk.
Hopefully we will be back soon!

Great location near the pine walk. Apartment suited our family's needs well . Big bonus was the pool area (owned by Laguna restaurant but accessible to apartment guests) . Minor gripes: satellite tv not working during our stay and 2nd bedroom no air conditioning
