Apartment with an excellent situation in Puerto Pollensa. Located in the famous PINE WALK "Paseo Vormar", over the sea front, only few metres distance from the well known Illa D'or Hotel.
It has three double bedrooms, one of them with double bed and a bathroom en suite. Another one with twin beds and a third party with bunk-beds; these two share a second complete bath. Ample and luminous lounge diner with an exit to the covered terrace, from where wonderful views of the sea and all the Bay are contemplated.
The terrace has out door furniture and is ideal for summer meals enjoying the fresh breeze from the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is totally equipped, including dishwasher, microwaves and electric oven, besides all the kitchen utensils of habitual use. Small laundry room with washing machine, iron etc. There is air condition throughout the whole apartment. In addition the property has a covered parking space in the building.

This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again.
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.

"Excellent position right by the bay. Great view from the balcony."
Electric gates, parking barrier, lift to all floors this place has it all. Apartment very well laid out with all the usual gadgets etc. So don't bother to take the hair drier and towels. It would… More

"Good apartment in quiet seafront location."
Positives: Good overall accommodation with good balcony (albeit in shade much of the time). Spacious, airy and fairly clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Good air-conditioning. SolMallorca Rentals were very helpful and friendly.
Negatives: Double bed was not very comfortable. Plumbing / drainage is not great (had to get plumber in to combat nasty smell in kitchen on arrival). En-suite shower leaked badly. No significant beach immediately near. Other than 2 toilet rolls, nothing was available to use on arrival - no salt, pepper; no washing up liquid (only 2 tablets for the dishwasher); no washing powder for washing machine etc. Cleaners are obviously emptying the apartment of everything that's of use after every stay!

"would definately return"
This apartment is in a great position, on the famous pine walk, very close to the Illa D`or hotel and a short stroll into town. The apartment was very clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea, the bedrooms downstairs were a little basic but generally ok, the double bedroom was en suite and there was also another bathroom. I would definately book this property again.
