This beautiful apartment boasts an area of 106 square metres, with 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a fully fitted, modern kitchen with washing machine and a spacious sitting/dining room. The apartment also includes a 32” LCD TV with Sky free channels, a DVD player and video recorder.
This is a non-smoking apartment for adult guests only.
The apartment is available for rent 8 months a year (April til November inclusive) and is ideally situated for walking holidays in the autumn and spring months. The nearby mountain and coastal walks are quite stunning. Full details of these are provided in our information pack at the apartment.
A great feature of the apartment is its 10 metre south facing balcony with table and chairs and a lovely view of the gardens and pool.
The apartment is in Las Golondrinas which is a quiet residential complex consisting of apartments and chalet bungalows, all privately owned mainly by retired British couples. No pets are permitted in the apartments. Guests are requested to respect the peace of other residents and refrain from playing loud music or extending balcony parties into the early hours.
Las Golondrinas has its own beautifully maintained gardens and large swimming pool (in use from 1st April to 31st October) which enjoy all day sun. The private swimming pool is for the sole use of residents and guests.
The apartment is managed by an excellent Property Management company (English) in Puerto Pollensa who will be on hand to help with any problems during your stay.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it is on the first floor of a three storey building. Effective ceiling fans are provided in the sitting room and both bedrooms.
For the winter months, there are two fitted electric wall heaters in the sitting room.

The apartment is ideal for up to four adults (in two bedrooms, both with king size double beds). You can start and end your holiday on any day you wish, but there is a minimum booking period of one week.
All rates shown are for the apartment (not per person) inclusive of bedding, towels, cleaning and electricity and use of the Las Golondrinas facilities. But guests are requested to bring their own swimming towels.
Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the rental amount is payable as soon as you receive confirmation from us that your booking is accepted. You may pay this deposit by cheque or bank transfer. Details will be included in our confirmation email/letter. Receipt of cleared funds will reserve your booking.
Balance of rental and security deposit
The balance of the rental amount plus a refundable security deposit of £100.00 is payable eight weeks before arrival date. Again, this may be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
Where a booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the full rental price and security deposit are immediately payable in full by cheque or bank transfer.
Departure
Guests are requested to ensure that the apartment is left in a reasonably tidy state with all washing up done.
Refund of security deposit
This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the departure date minus any charges incurred including, but not limited to, excess cleaning.

Puerto Pollensa lies in the north of Mallorca at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It is a spectacularly unspoilt area of the island, far from the madding crowds of the south, and with a low-rise, almost old fashioned beauty and tranquillity.

Las Golondrinas is a small, residential apartment block on the outskirts of the port, 12 minutes walk from an idyllic sandy beach with calm seas and excellent swimming, sailing and other water sports facilities. The port itself is also 12 minutes’ walk with a splendid selection of cafes and restaurants and the famous Pine Walk.

Puerto Pollensa is 55Km from Palma Airport and can be reached by bus if you do not wish to hire a car.
Car Rental queues at Palma Airport can become quite long. In worst cases, you can stand in the queue for the same amount of time that it took you to fly to Mallorca!
However, one excellent company will meet you in one of the Airport cafes, process the documentation over a coffee and have you on your way in about 15 minutes. The company is run by an Englishman, Max Pressman, and his website is at http://www.euromaxcars.com/rentals.htm.
He charges from just 20 Euros per day covering all insurance and is highly recommended.

Guestbook for E3 Las Golondrinas
We spent a relaxing two weeks in the apartment and it was exactly as promised; spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We made ourselves at home very quickly, having everything we needed to hand, especially the lovely swimming pool, which we used hourly! Absolute bliss! We ate all our meals on the balcony and spent many evenings reading or playing cards with a glass wine. Puerto Pollensa was only a short drive or walk away and we spent some days on the beach and some evenings eating the local ice-cream and walking the pine walk along the beachfront. We found other locations along the coast that were good for swimming and sun-bathing, but usually headed back mid-afternoon to finish the day off by the pool. Las Golondrinas is a relaxing, friendly and peaceful location. We highly recommend the apartment which is exceptional and certainly one of the best we have stayed in. Plenty of information provided on local walks, places to eat, and on the best Mallorca has to offer. Lots of useful advice and very pleasant neighbours!
