Design and ultra modern 140m2 second line apartment, completely refurbished in 2008 located just at the back of the Hotel Illa d'Or and the famous Pinewalk in Puerto Pollensa. It's a fourth floor with a lift.

Consists in 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and design built-in wardrobes, guest toilet, open fully fitted kitchen with all appliances.The lounge and dining room as well as the main bedroom open on a large terrace overlooking Illa d'Or area, the sea and the Tramuntana range of mountains, with outside furniture.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Originally a fishing village, Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.


Puerto Pollensa / Pine Walk Area

There are several beaches and coves in the Pollensa area - some more accessible than others.
You will find plenty of suggestions for excursions in Majorca in the guide books and at the tourist office so we have just included a few of our favourites here.

Trip to Soller. If you do only one trip do this one since you get to see so much of Mallorca in one day.
Pollensa (Pollença) is a lovely inland medieval town with a bustling market on Sunday mornings. See the Calvario steps, Roman Bridge, Museu Dionis Bennassar, Santo Domingo Cloister.
Cala san Vicente

A lovely quiet resort with 3 separate bays. Try walking there and getting the bus back.
Palma is a wonderful, vibrant Catalan city with stunning architecture, an excellent new art gallery Es Baluard , good shopping, an impressive Cathedral and Bellver castle.
