This beautiful villa is set in the hills above Puerto Plata on the stunning north coast of Dominican Republic. The views are truly spectacular with a 360 degree vista of both the ocean and tropical mountains. Unlike most villas it has been decorated and furnished to an incredible standard. The 4 designer bathrooms (all different) are complimented by the beautifully appointed bedrooms all with 4 poster beds! The floors throughout are stunning Dominican granite and there are lovely seating areas.
Outside to one side is a huge (21metre) infinity pool that you will find hard to drag yourself away from. The other side has a waterfall that leads to the 5 tier waterfall which is lit at night hence the name casa de cascada. There is a fully equipped designer kitchen and a daily maid/cook.
This villa is located in the hills but conveniently just a few minutes from beaches and the town of Puerto Plata. The airport is about 10 - 15mins away. It is very conviently placed for Playa Dorada (large resort where you can play Golf, restaurants and beach.
The views, the sea breeze and the secluded location make this an amazing place to stay.

To supplement the facilities of the villa, just down the mountain Playa Dorada, the biggest hotel complex on the North Coast provides numerous restaurants, casinos, nightclubs and a wide range of shopping facilities. There is much to see and do very close to the property. Golf, horseriding, all variety of activites including swimming with dolphins and helicopter rides are literally only minutes away from the property.
A little further afield there is access to a wide variety of watersports, the 400 year-old spanish fort and the famous rum and cigar factories. Explore mountains, lakes and waterfalls or relax in comfort and style by the beach or pool, whatever your holiday tastes this area really can suit them all.

The Casa de Cascada estate provides 4000m2 of hilltop land located 100 metres above sea level with breathtaking mountain and ocean views from the 400m2 of terraces. There are five bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms) with separate maid’s areas.
Most of the furniture and art decorations used for this prestige project are one-off collector’s pieces. The furniture and artwork has been imported from around the world. The king-sized mahogany beds with Italian fabric covers together with the ‘man high’ mosaic covered vases surrounding the terraces have been designed specifically for this home.

Further details outdoors: Casa de Cascada has all modern amenities with many unique features including an amazing range of sculpture and artwork, a 28 metre high water cascade, a 20 metre long infinity-edged pool and outside dining on all sides of the villa.
The property is surrounded by an impressive 4.6 metre high stone wall with electric gates and there is 24 hour security. There is secure parking with spaces for eight cars. A maid and gardener are also provided.
Casa de Cascada also has its own TIKI Hut with pool table.
