About the home

5 minutes walk to one of Lanzarote's finest beaches, and extensively refurbished in 2009 Casa Anna offers a stylish new kitchen and bathroom, comfortable living area and the option of indoor or outdoor dining.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the double has a real king size bed! (2m x 2m)
The owners have included everything you could need for home from home living.

The outdoor patio is surrounded by high walls making it private from the street and the perfect place to sunbathe or relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Safe and secure for toddlers with a lockable high gate onto the footpath.

Bath, hand, beach & tea towels are all provided, which will help your luggage allowance go further! All bed linen is provided.

The Lanzarote region

For those who do not know this beautiful island, we are located at the far right of the Canarian archipelago, the island to the closest to the African continent at the same longitude as the southern tip of Morocco.

This location means that we enjoy a temperate sunny climate all year round. Lanzarote has the most consistent weather of all the Canary Islands, with stable temperatures throughout the year, averaging 17ºC (63º F) in January/February and 24º C (75º F) in the summer time.

The island is a contrast between magnificent volcanic scenery and a perfect place for a holiday in the sun.

Puerto del Carmen offers the ability to enjoy outdoor activities all year round. 6Km of beach, sun and sea. All of the beaches fly the Blue Flag awarded by the EEC for cleanliness and lack of contamination as well as being some of the most tranquil in the Canaries!

“I just can't tell you enough how absolutely fabulous my husband and I found Casa Anna, the location is perfect for the bars, restaurants and beach, although we spent the whole 10 days on the patio in the glorious sun and didn't venture to the beach because the house was so lovely. Everything in the house is done really contemporay in cool beiges and whites, the full kitchen was a bonus when cooking Christmas Dinner, the power shower is excellent and the bed what can I say you could fit 4 people in it. We had a really relaxing time and would most definately stay again and hopefully will.”

“Casa Anna was a wonderful find. The house has everything you could desire in a holiday property - plus more. From the wonderfully comfortable and enormous super king size bed, to the superb modern bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living accomodation comfortable and tastefully finished, and the outside space was fab to relax in with comfortable wooden steamers, table and chairs.

The apartment was also scrupulously clean and well maintained.

The location could not have been better for us, in a really nice part of town away from the really busy parts but close enough to get to them within a 5 minute gentle stroll. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants a minute or so away on the main promenade at the end of the road and just a couple of minutes from the fabulous Playa Grande. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the beach here - can't recommend it highly enough if clean sea and beaches are your thing.

We will definitely return to Casa Anna as it was absolutely perfect for us and have recommended it to friends and family.”
