Lanzarote is one of the islands making up the Canary group providing sunshine all year round with temperatures ranging from 20 deg C to 30 deg C. Within the apartment there is a booklet folder with details of places of interest to see.
The Puerto del Carmen area
Within Puerto del Carmen there is numerous, bars, cafes, restaurants, discos, sing-a-longs and shops to keep you fed and watered. The old port offers quaint and charming backstreet's to wander around day or night.

This apartment has more than average facilities but is situated in part of the 'Old town of Puerto del Carmen' which is need of vital investment to bring up to the standard of the rest of the resort. |

The accommodation is clean and although a little" tired" was still very acceptable and well equipped. There is to be some updating of the kitchen, appliances and furnishings, carried out in November which will add to the comfort of the guests. The TV is modern but the reception is hit and miss or maybe I just didn,t understand the controls. The owner is very accommodating and tries hard to meet the needs of arrival and departure times |

Excellant time in Lanzarote....apartment located just far enough away from nightlife.......the apartment itself has everything you need plus a nice little balcony overlooking the pool and a supurb sea view.......lovely local canarian bar along the road past the supermarket [kasbah].......also going through the rear of the complex its only a short walk to the strip......dont tell to many ha, i will be using this place again if poss.......have fun if you go belive me you will. |

For 2 & 3 week stays during January to December, the rate is £200 for 2 guests.
For 4 or more weeks during January to December, the rate is £190 for 2 guests.
Additional guests are charged at £30 per person per week to cover linen, electric, etc up to a maximum of 4 guests at all times of the year.
A deposit of £75 per week booked is required to reserve the apartment.
